Great Value For Money”
I stayed in one of their spa villas and it was exactly as advertised and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The only minor issues I can think of is just that their bowls were small and their fridge froze some of the food we put in there but those are trying to nitpick

For the benefit of older guests it would be good if a handrail could be provided at the steps of the 2 bedroom villas.

Good budget motel for families. Self contained cabins and villa's. Wasn't as clean as I would of liked but tidy and clean enough. Staff were friendly and we would stay again.

The family villa, was really spacious and comfortable, manager on duty was really friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for accommodation in Canberra to come here

Cramped and old accomodation unsuitable for large group”
Booked a "spa villa" for eight persons. The house was too small to fit in 8 persons. It has two small rooms and a separate wash room and toilet. A double bed in one room, two tier double bunk beds in another. Two satee turn into beds are in the living area where there is also a dining table and kitchen. The house and the facilities are old. One of beds in the living area was broken and my daughter and her husband just cannot stand the condition, they checked in into a nearby hotel. With just one toilet for eight persons, it is very inconvenient. Washroom doors also cannot be locked! All in all we had an unpleasant stay at the motel. It is high time for Agoda to do quality assurance checks on all its advertised properties before promoting them to its customers. Your paying customers depends on you for a decent accomodation.

We are disappointed to know you didn't share the opinion of our other guests and were unhappy with the Villa you selected. If you had difficulty working anything, we have a caretaker onsite who would have been able to assist you. Room dimensions and inclusions are clearly outlined on the website, leaving guests to choose how many occupants they include and whether or not price or spaciousness is their priority.

Generally good value for money”
The cabin assigned to us was clean, newish and pretty complete. The rangehood though was not working, as a few lights throughout. The single beds may be too soft for some people's liking. Otherwise, good value. Needs improvement. Front office staff needs more training on dealing with guests booked via Agoda. Place seems to be in process of refurbishment, so not very pretty at the moment.

The lady on duty on that night very sweet and friendly, helpful and thoughtful. She turned on the heater for us to warm the room for our arrival. She gave us the milk to make coffee / tea. Thanks for your hospitality and good enough for a night of stay, value for money.
