Delightful Hotel”
The check in was a breeze and the customer service was exceptional. Room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. So handy to have a washing machine and dryer inside the unit. Netflix available on the TV and the city view was amazing. Free parking was a great bonus. Located away from the centre of busy Surfers so close enough to walk to all the night-life. Highly recommend!!

Surprisingly great!”
After reading a few bad reviews, we were concerned prior to arrival, however the hotel is being renovated as such reception area and other common areas were clean and attractive and our room was partly renovated with updated furniture. The kitchen and bathroom were still outdated but clean. The view and location is fantastic. The staff were really friendly and even moved us to a room with a better view. This place has bad reviews in the past but I believe they have listened and are taking action!

Very clean and handy to lots of places in Surfers .a large room and kitchen . View to the beach magnificent. I have travelled to many places throughout the world staying in numerous places and have never been told to pay up $200 up front in case I trashed the place . Really upsetting . Still waiting for the money to returned into my account.

Beachcomber is located away from the busy streets of Surfers but close enough to walk everywhere. The facilities are great and the staff are very helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Would stay again and I highly recommend staying here.

Best Hotel to stay at Gold Coast!”
Hands down my favourite accommodation during my trip in Australia! Clean facilities, all working well, everything is ready for us to use. Except for the TV that kept restarting itself halfway through the movie no matter how many times we played the movie. But other than that it was all great! Wonderful view of the beach. 10/10 would recommend.

We love coming to Surfers and this place has been thr best so far! Great value for money, and the location is so close to the beach and everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. Well secured and underground carpark is great. Joy, at reception, is an absolute charm - so friendly and always willing to help. Thank you Beachcomber, will definitely be back.

Best location and value for money”
We stayed for 6 nights on the 26th floor in a 1 bedroom ocean view room. We had ocean views from 2 sides and mountain views from the other. Perfect location to shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Value for money is great. Perfect for my husband and myself. Second time we have stayed here and will not be the last.

Excellent Location”
2 minute walk to Surfers Paradise beach and 1 minute to Cavil mall, you will never have a dull moment here. Apartment was spacious and comfortable enough for an extended stay. Facilities are well maintained. Staff are helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Holiday stay”
I and my sister spent a week’s stay as we were older people with health issues the friendly staff (Jimmy) went out of his and their way to accommodate our needs. I needed a doctor on one of the nights and had to check out early to go home, the staff were well aware that I was sick and went out of their way to ensure a stress less check out for us. I would like to thank all of the staff of the resort for making this holiday a good one for me.

Great Value and Great Location”
Wow this place was amazing. Firstly the location was brilliant being right next to the main eating places and right next to the beach. Upon going up to my room, I was amazed by the size of the room and its facilities. Then I looked out the window and the views took my breath away. Such great value and highly recommend.

Great accommodation in an awesome location”
My husband & I stayed here for our honeymoon 10 years ago and we still love staying at the Beachcomber apartments. Such an awesome location in the heart of Surfers with a beautiful view of the beach & sounds of the waves rolling in. The mattrices are a little too hard but just comfy enough to still have a good sleep. All the staff are wonderful here - they are welcoming and very helpful. This trip was a solo trip to visit friends - staying here alone, I felt very safe& comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

According to agoda, this hotel is pet friendly and has 24 hr check in. Before booking i looked at their website, and i found out that pets are not allowed. If i didn't check for myself i would have had to find some emergency accommodation for my dog somewhere. Always check before you book.

Solo holiday...”
The beachcomber is pretty much pole position for a holiday on and in surfers paradise that won't break the bank. The price I got from booking ahead for 10 nights with an ocean view was under one hundred dollars a night. To be fair, the internal furniture is average at best, but I didn't come here to spend my time in my room... it's to sleep and shower and occasionally eat with a few bevvies on the balcony. The ocean view will take your mind off anything anyways. The higher up you go is always nice, but your wait for the lift and awkward silence lift rides are longer as well. Because the beach is on 100 meters away, there is no need to take anything but a towel and a bottle of water. You can even leave your key at reception, so no stressing about your valuables going missing while you are swimming. So next it's a shower and tidy up and walk across the road through paranoia centre to as many restaurants and retail shops as you can possibly deal with... Dare you to try it !!

Beachcomber Resort was perfect location, room was clean, wonderful views from our room. Parking was free which is an extra. Will definitely be staying there again next visit.

I am very happy with my experience so far at the Beachcomber. The lady on reception was very friendly, helpful and efficient at check in. My room (budget ocean view studio) is a pleasant surprise. Bigger than I thought it would be and the view is amazing. The bed is comfortable, (two singles zipped together) and quite nice with hotel quality sheets. Clean throughout. For the price of it, I cannot recommend enough. Location is fantastic.
