First, the disadvantage of this hotel's biggest one is the 'location'. It is a very good location based on the "accessibility" with the Ho Chi Minh attractions, but it is noisy at night because it is located on De Tham street, which is crowded with clubs and nightlife. They may be sensitive to noise, older, or may not fit well with family units. It is a good hotel to choose for young people who like to play with fun. I think it is a 5 star hotel that can be met at a price of $ 40-50. The kindness of all the staff was close to perfection, so that we could forget some of the disadvantages. The room was small, but the structure was made efficient, and I was able to feel the consideration and effort using good furniture and facilities. Especially breakfast was much better than other hotel's buffet, a la carte and basic dishes, all the ingredients and juice were always fresh. I have written a review based on experience using dozens of hotels across Vietnam for business trips.

Stayed here for 3 days. It was my partner's birthday on our check in and I requested for a surprise for him. As communicated thru Whatsapp, they will only be able to provide birthday cake and some flower petals name arrangement on the bed yet when we arrived on our room, a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY inflatable banner was on the wall. I was surprised and more so, my partner. Kudos to the whole team who arranged this surprise. As with the hotel, we took our breakfast at The Garlik Restaurant and it is very good. Not buffet style but you will be given a set menu. Of course, the staffs are so accommodating. The room has everything we need. Our room is on the 8th floor and WiFi is spotty but not a big deal for me as we have tourist SIM. WiFi at the restaurant is fast and maybe on the lower floors. Location is also excellent as the hotel is steps away from our Tour pickup. Our travel agency is literally 2 doors from the hotel. Thank you, C Central Hotel! 'Til next time. :-D

Excellent service, great location”

Stay here for 4D3N, the staff service here is extremly excellent and helpful. They are ready to help whenever we need. We booked for a family room for 3 people and the room is clean and cosy. It might be abit noisy as this hotel located in the happening walk street in Ho Chi Minh. The breakfast could be more nicer. However we are having a great and pleasant stay, will book again if i back to Ho Chi Minh.

Exceptional service and good location”

I booked a room for 2 nights (14 - 16 August 2019). From the time I did my online booking, the hotel started to keep in touch with me regarding my requests and to give me recommendations. They explained to me that the room that I booked doesn’t have the view and the room on high level request that I wanted. They apologized and recommended to upgrade my room (with reasonable price adjustment). Bui Vien, where the hotel is located is VN’s party area, having a room on the highest level will be good if you are not into noisy music. When I checked in, I was amazed with the interior. It was sophisticated and I liked it. The hotel occupies a small space but I can say that c central was able to maximize the area available. I was attended by Ms JULIE NGUYEN and offered another exceptional service. She assured me that I don’t have to worry as my booking request prior to my arrival has been settled. To my surprise, they gave me their biggest room on their highest floor with huge balcony where I have the 180• view of the bui vien area. The room was amazing and the staff were great!!!! Complimentary is as per order and it was amazing. We enjoyed our 2 night’s stay. I felt secured also as visitors are requested to log their names at the reception when they have to visit someone.

We heartily appreciated Miss Julie as she provide great service with professional attitude to customer, her service to us 👍. We feel glad to stay C Central Hotel as the location quite convenience to Pham Ngu Lao which could experience the Vietnamese nightlife culture, along the street have great food to enjoy. The hotel provide newly hotel with huge space room and the bathroom facilities is so wonderful as the shower water so powerful and bathtub also so clean. We definitely thanks to the management of this hotel to provide us a great clean room. We feel so touching of their caring as they even put ear plugs due to night life happening. We don't feel will affect us as the music of sound still okay for us . The breakfast also good especially their coffee has good fragrance ☕️🍵😋😋. Thanks to Miss Julie for her best service to us.

Once I booked C Central,soon received the message about the noise from the party district ,very thoughtful!! The hotel crew really are the greatest thing about this hotel, each one of them carrying smile help you with your requests, make you feel very welcome. My room was located on 4th floor, good facilities,eco friendly, luv the design and honestly the noise didn’t bother me at all. Overall a great boutique hotel which is value for money definitely pay a visit for the next time.

I stayed this hotel in my first visit to Ho Chi Min. This hotel is located in the Bui Vien Street which is one of the popular area for the tourist, especially white guys, in Ho Chi Min. The room is clean and artistic design. Accommodation is newly enough and staffs are so kind. The entrance is little bit hard to find because it is same as the hotel restaurant, so please take care for that. I couldn't enjoy Bui Vien Street at that time. That was just like Khao San Street in Bangkok, Thailand. But if you want to enjoy the street, this hotel must be very useful and would be the favorite one.

Nice Little Hotel in Ho Chi Minh!”

Had a very enjoyable 7 night stay @ C Central Hotel in September, 2019 and can recommend this hotel for business and solo travellers as it is very clean and is centrally located near Bui Vien Street that is great for bars, music, nightlife and restaurants. The Guest Relations Manager (Julie) is a little superstar and does an excellent job taking care of guests both at the hotel and in with travel tips for city attractions etc.

It was a pleasurable stay at C Central Hotel! Staff from the front till the reception team was very friendly and attentive to my needs etc.. Room was gorgeous for me on the top floor with a huge balcony; bloody loving it. The hotel was surrounded by many eateries, massage parlors and easy access to pretty much everywhere. Nice stay in the heart of HCMC”

We got a large room on high floor which gave us a very nice city view. Even though the hotel is a few steps away from the bustling backpackers’ area, it was pretty quiet for us to have good sleep. The location is excellent, close to everything. The room was spacious, very clean and had a nice bathtub. However, as we were moved to C Central Bui Vien and there was a construction site on ground floor, it was pretty noisy and dusty at the lobby. And no complimentary bottled water in the room, we had to pay for water.

Fantastic Stay right at the heart of a fantastic busy restaurant and drinking area in district 1.Hotel and its staff are amazing helpful and friendly. Hotel Room was lovely and big with tv with two fab movie channel's. Fridge and coffee facilities. Safe in room and air con. The bathroom had large bath and walk in shower and toiletries provided. We stayed in second building slept very well in the comfortable bed and great pillows. The building had secure door and lift and we felt very safe. The hotel is right at the begining of the fantastic walking street full of street food and restaurants and bars the music is loud we are in our 40s and had a fantastic time and the noise at night did not affect our sleep we loved our stay. Great team at breakfast and lots of different choices to suit everyone. The hotel staff organised our airport transfers at a very good price.We will definitely be back loved our 7 nights at CCentral⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍👍👍

I had great time in Central Hotel De Tham When I was there the entire city was so loud and crazy cause of the Soccer game so it was hard for me to sleep without the earplugs however other than that, everything was sooooo good. Rooms are clean staffs are super nice and I especially wanna mention Kevin, because he was more than just a staff member. He treated me and my friend as a friend and gave us some practical tips about traveling Hochimin City. I will never forget his kindness.

I found this hotel on Agoda. It look really nice and have great reviews, so we thought to give it a try. When we arrived at the door, I wasn't sure we were at the right place at first as I only saw a restaurant name at the door... When I got off the taxi to look up, then I see the hotel name. I walked inside the restaurant to ask. The pleasant staff helped me with my luggages and showed me to the front desk area. The hotel was renovated recently so everything are pretty new! When we waited for check in, we were greeted with welcome drinks and fruits! The room was not very big but was cozy enough. The most important thing is that it was really clean and tidy!!! There was a wide choice for the complimentary breakfast for both Vietnamese and Western style. The food is actually quite good. We had a little trouble with the wifi in our room and the hotel staff was very helpful and swift to help with the problem. All the staffs in the hotel, from house cleaning to repairman to restaurant staffs, are super pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would recommend CCentral to anyone visiting HCMC and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip there!!!!

One of the best hotels during my 3,5 weeks trip to South-East Asia. Staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel is perfectly located in District 1. Breakfast is very good. Room and bed big enough to feel comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Best service in Saigon”

Great location, nice food like a 5 stars restaurant. Toilet and bath booth were quite small. Staffs were incredible. Julie, Lana, Vicky, Ostin, and Tina, the team was friendly, supportive, and professional manner. The restaurant manager (couldn't reach his name) was very professional and eager to serve us. If we were going back to the area, will stay at C Central for sure.

Middle of party central”

CCentral is a small very nice hotel in the middle of D1 party central. They are making the street a walking street thursday-sunday. The staff are amazing and really friendl,y rooms and modernized, nice and clean however the bathrooms are very small. Even though it was off season it was booked out most nights. The word of caution though it's right next to a number of very popular clubs bars etc so the lower floors are very noisy till the clubs close at 3am. We moved from the 2nd floor to the 8th (top) floor and it made so much difference. My partner needed earplugs on the 2nd. Very recommended though if you want action.

Perfect place to stay”

I traveled with a friend to saigon just for a night trip. The hotel is easily reached since it's in the middle ofthe city. And every places is walkable, coffee shop, food, club, shopping mall etc. better to reach this hotel by grab or uber from airport, the taxi was very expensive. The welcome drink routine was excellent, never had that kind of event in my life. They serve good cocktail, fruits, sweets, and they served it in front of you. the staffs speak perfect english, and really help alot. Giving tips and help us to talk to the taxi driver etc. the room is pefect, clean, nice bed, nice design. The only thing that maybe will annoy some people is, it's pretty noisy, since the hotel is in the juction, and there are clubs across the street. My stay was on Saturday so maybe the club has its time. But I'm not a light sleeper, so the club noise didn't annoy me much. Anyway. I really enjoy the stay, definitely will come back if we come again.

I'm so excited to do this review because I truly loved my stay here! The staff here were all always ever friendly, super helpful and thoughtful and warm! The aesthetics of the room was wonderful and pleasing, extremely value for money! The free breakfast was alright - the food wasn't anything to shout about. One key important thing to note is that this hotel is located in the middle of bars/pubs/clubs so it can be extremely noisy at night! But it wasn't a problem for me since I always tire myself out in the day and get too tired by night to be bothered by the noise! Great place overall and the management and staff are just so wonderful!
