"this hotel become my transit hotel before going to the juanda airport because i always look for the earliest flight and my home is 2 hours away from the airport so this hotel is the best one to stay overnight the location is good too in front of mcdonalds and close to the convinience store this hotel also offers shuttle service to the airport which is good for me 😊"

"This place was absolutely amazing! Everything was clean, very new, and comfortable. The shower had glass between it and the toilet (we haven't seen that much in Southeast Asia). The bed was very comfortable and big. We had a closet with hangers, a tv, a table, chair, our own plugs and lamps for each side of the bed, and ac that worked well. There were lights that shined on the wall in the shape of a heart! It was like being in a nice hotel for a great price. We even got hand towels along with our towels and we each got slippers. The only struggle we experienced was a lack of English among the staff so there were miscommunications involving the time of breakfast and our cab to the train station. But I would absolutely recommend staying here!"

"Arrived early and the hotel shuttle fetch us from the aiport. Was able to drop our luggage for safekeeping before we were allowed to check-in at noon. Booked two deluxe rooms (non-smoking) for myself and my old parents. my parents were given a great view room with direct access to swimming pool. While I, myself are very satisfied with the quality of the room I get (opposite to my parents room). Me and my mom booked a last minute full body massage in the morning from the hotel spa before checkout and I would come back for the massage for sure. Overall, a great stay and I would love to come back again. Thank you for the outstanding service! "

"We arrived at midnight in Surabaya and preferred a location that was close to the airport so we chose this hotel. It is indeed about 5 - 7 minutes drive away from the airport and the rooms are very clean. Since we arrived on the 13th of February (the eve of Valentines Day) we even received complimentary balloons and chocolate (which was nice). The hotel room is very, very clean. In regards to breakfast, what the other travelers mentioned is true, there are flies in the cafe (it's not as bad as it sounds, there are roughly about 5 flies) and it is rather annoying to enjoy your breakfast and shoo them away. Oh, there're limited breakfast options available."

"Every time I have to catch the flight from Juanda, this place is my priority. Feeling safe and happy. Just a breeze from the airport. So missing the flight is most unlikely. On top of that they provide free shuttle bus . For the price, don’t expect 5-Star facilities here. The basic needs are fully provided and the staff are very attentive,"

" the hotel was located near by junada air port so it is convenient for catching flights. break fast was good. the room was facing to road. even at mid night there were local boys driving the bikes and making the noise. it was disturbing a lot. even before booking this hotel i saw the same remark. the hotel management should do some thing to stop young boys from bike riding at late night on road. the staff was cooperative. very clean and big hotel, but it is away from city. good for fast access to air port.
