Lovely island feel! Massages WOW!! Pool is excellent, nice atmosphere. Food quality and variety was better than expected! SNORKELING at our Bundhaya Villas, was unbelievable! You just walk out to snorkel. Other Islands are near and very accessible. If you want to relax... you MUST come to Bundhaya Villas in KohLipe, Thailand!! Lovely place ”
Staff professional and friendly. Rooms spacious, with comfortable bed and air con. A good selection of breakfast each morning. We ate one evening at the restaurant and it was good price/quality food. Sat in the bar for happy hour and watched the beautiful sunset each evening. Hotels spa price was good. Hotel also had a gym and free pool table. Location of hotel on Pattaya beach where the ferry’s come in. Great location , 10 minute walk to walking street where all the bars/ restaurants are. WiFi only worked when in reception but who needs WiFi when you’re on a beautiful island. The only issue with the place was minimal Sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Many people were up early to reserve a bed with their towel so no chance if you sleep late. Overall the hotel was lovely and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent beachfront resort ”
Bundhaya Villas is an excellent place to stay while in koh Lipe. The service from checking in to check out was superb. The property is well kept. Bundhaya Villas is adjacent to Bundhaya Resort, but they are separate properties. The deluxe ocean view sweet room was really nice. The room was about 75 m and quite large. The outdoor shower with large soaking tub was fantastic. Water pressure and hot water were very good. The room features a nice patio area with a lounger that has a great ocean view. The beach and loungers were very good. The water was not rocky and easy to swim in. The amenities offered were good. The swimming pool and gym were nice. The stand up paddle board and kayaks were in good condition and reasonable to rent. The only minor inconvenience was renting a bike. You need to go next door to the resort to rent one. I liked the transfer to the speedboat when I left. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful spot with excellent service, Bundhaya Villas is the answer!!

Paradise. ”
We stayed at a beach front villa for 3 nights. We could here the sound of the waves lying in bed. We walked around the island to see other hotels and accommodations. My partner said that he wouldn't stay anywhere else but here. That this place had set a standard. The room was spacious. There were 2 showers. We love the outdoor one more. Breakfast was great. Changes everyday. We had lunch at the villas restaurant once and it was some of the best dishes we've tried on the island. We have only had it once because we wanted to try out others. I have read other negetive comments about staff and I can understand why by being there myself but you do have to understand that the staffs here are local on the island. They may not have the professional training that the staff in Bangkok has. And please remember that this island is their 'home' and that you're a visitor. Please treat the locals with kindness. Anyway... After a that we love everything here and will definitely be back. Love Bundhaya Villas, love Koh Lipe.

Exceptional”
We really liked it here, the resort was at the end of the beach so was quiet but close to everything. The villas were nice and well appointed, I liked that they had complimentary mosquito repellent in the rooms! The pool was great and we rented some snorkel gear and did a longtail tour booked through them that was good and reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

best location best beach best price”
it's close to the night market. you can just walk. there are many nice bars and restuarants close to you. you have many choices to choose. and you can enjoy the bar until late at night with no worry about to go back to the hotel. because you can just walk back, you don't have to look for the taxi and the place is not too quiet and dangerous. I love the beach so much. it's quite pravate and so beautiful and clean. I will go back to this place again for sure!

Fantastic resort located right in the nice corner of the beach! (superb value for money!)”
Its a really nice resort with excellent breakfast, great facilities (nice big pool!!) great massage spa (same price and better ambiance than the ones at the Walking Street) and perfect location! Its on the corner of the island right next to the immigration point (really helpful), the stretch of beach in front of the resort is beautifully clean and quiet. Situated next to some Navy outpost with a corner of rocks that is perfect for easy snorkeling. It is also a 6 min walk to the Walking Street, where you get your choice of restaurants. We stayed in one of the "apartment" rooms which was really nice and airy. The only small gripe was that the floor was constantly sticky, like someone used too much detergent while cleaning the floor and didn't clean it off. But the resort provides bedroom slippers which we wore all the time. The resort clearly has put thought into it's amenities and is good with providing beach towels, umbrellas and all the little things that many other resorts forget.
