1)Mattress need to be change as u can feel the springs poking ur back. 2)Toilets with no ventilation fan.if u keep the toilet window open its dangerous anyone can come into the room 3)no hotels now using old sets of tv.mostly all with lcd.only local channel available. 4)location is good as a lot of shops around. 5)staff is very helpfull 6)breakfast was so so as not many guests comes to eat. 7)water heater pressure is so slow. 8)no minibar fridge to keep drinks cool.as a resort they should have a minibar fridge in rooms. 9)airconds no cold enough.old air conds 10)overall stay was ok but this resort really need a makeover.

Pros: Location is okay. Ample carpark. Price is ok Cons : Rooms , beds looks bad . Bedcover got stain marks.Pillows were not clean it must be used over over again Pillow cases some not so clean. No extras like shower cream or shampoo. Just2pcs of small bar soaps Generally no toiletries except for the pc of soaps . No hairdryer. Bathrooms need cleaning. No fridge in the riom Overall need an upgrade for the building. And pls include cleanliness as one important criteria. Those packet of creamer to make drinks must have been left for so long that it has hardened in the packet. Aircon was not cold enough during the day. No fan Only the outside facade generally gives a lighted look at night Reception area is so dull and dingy. No warm welcome. Breakfast is basically malaysian breakfast. It is okay for the price.. I Rather pay a little more but have a comfy cleaner brighter room.. Tv was an old fat tv . Only manage to get one station tv3.. No remote control.. Rather no tv.

Tuala terlalu nipis & lama, perabot usang & alas katil agak kurang bersih. Sensitive skin easy got itchy. Big pools. That is the only credit I can give .

Only hotel in Mentakab town with a swimming pool. Reasonably sized rooms. Get one with pool view and you have about the best. Everything about the hotel is aged. But I chose this hotel as prefer one with a proper car park and good room size. Others in town are basically shop lot hotels or homestay.

Cleanliness is the most important matters”
Please ensure the bedsheet is clean without any stained and the most important are all the towels, the smell were so bad. I had requested another towels, however, the smell still bad.

the only hotel in mertakab that have swimming pool. for one night stay its ok. need more maintenance . bed is to all and "bumpy" toilet is smelly. breakfast is not variety (but its ok) need upgrade and change all old bed sheet,pillow, bed to a new one, its to dirty and cannot be use anymore.

Towels looks from home not white colour, the furniture is in year 80's, still using tv box, 11 p. m front door close and no receptionist or anyone can assist, nearest hotel with 2 star rating can provide better and latest furniture with flat screen tv and cheaper

The location is strategic but the hotel is very old fashion and not much facilities in the room. Please upgrade. And the worst is the the blanket and mattress is not clean, got stain. Please ensure the bed is clean so that we as guest will be comfortable. Looking for improvements from your side. Thanks
