Let me just say, This hotel deserve more than 5 stars review!! From the very beginning we were checked in with the guest relation (Lala) then waiting in the executive lounge and got a very warm welcome from Made (Executive Lounge Manager) and the rest of the executive lounge staff for example Indah, they were all went above and beyond their duty to showed a tremendously five stars hotel’s hospitality. Made our son’s first bday unforgetable and our stay in Indonesia very memorable. Thank you Vasa Hotel & the crews!! Keep the great work, definitely gonna recommend this hotel to the rest our acquaintance in US.

I stayed there for only 1 night. The hotel is still very new. The room still clean, everything still new and clean. It's a good place for you if you bring younger children since the kids could run all along the room (btw, I stayed in 2 BR). At first, I would like to order food from the room like any normal hotel. Unfortunately, there was still no room service facilities (they said they will have it later on). So they suggest me to go to the mall opposite of Ascott which is still very close. Later on that night, I just realized that my room air con is not working. So basically the room is not cold and I called the front office to fix it. And then the engineering come to our room and checked the air con. At the end, they can't fix the air con so we turn on the air con from the living room and open our master bedroom. It was cold actually but I just feel uncomfortable to sleep and open the bedroom door. Oh yes. In my room, we have washing + drying machine which is very helpful for us. Thank you very much for the washing machine since I could wash all my child's clothes and then I can dry it all up as well after washing. The kitchen utensils is very good. Good enough to prepare most simple cooking. The next morning, all of us go down and have breakfast. The food was quite good but the variety could be better I think for a 5 star hotel. However, we could enjoy having breakfast next to Waterplace apartment swimming pool which is quite good I think. What I love about this hotel: - Spacious bed rooms, spacious living room and spacious bathroom - The price is cheap compare to other hotel - Near to PTC shopping mall - They can access to waterplace swimming pool which is very big What I think they can improve: - They should offer me something to compensate the air con problem. - Parking area which could be a bit confusing - The room could be cleaner (maybe because it's still new so they still have dust on the floor)

I only have good things to say about this guesthouse. The location was perfect since the US Consulate is a little far from everything else. The staff at Kana Citra was so welcoming and they made our stay pleasant. They also have a cafe with good food and a pool. The rooms were clean and the pillows were comfortable. It was also a short walk to G Walk, a street with lots of restaurants and choices of food at night. 5 stars!

I went here because the room price is very cheap, less than Rp 100,000/night, including breakfast, though its only fried rice with egg and bread with milk for two guest, but adequate for a basic business traveler who went early and back afternoon for rest only purpose. The area filled with bar and night club / disco and if you don't offended with such atmosphere, then find. But not really recommended for family with wife and children due to mentioned atmosphere. But the room is clean, the bathroom with shower and hot water, and they change every day linen and towels - so fine for business traveler just for sleep and rest. The TV is all local channels, but can be understandable since the room rate is cheap.

To begin, we only booked at this hotel because of it's the only hotel with a 2+ bedroom villa, in close proximity to the Ciputra Water Park. We arrived to find that the villa is actually a complete 4 bedroom, 2 storey house, with a full kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms (plus multiple toilets), huge living room, etc. The villa was very well presented, and a pleasure to stay in. The grounds of the resort are truly spectacular, with a mix of private residences and hotel villas, and an awesome view of the golf course. There are multiple swimming pools, with great recreational facilities for both adults and children, including the beautifully presented golf course. The food from the restaurant was the best we have found so far in the multiple hotels we have stayed at throughout our holidays in Indonesia. We ordered a number of plates from the entrée menu in the evening for room service, and everything was delicious. In the morning, we had breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the golf course. The food was truly exceptional, with a great variety of Indonesian and Western dishes, cakes and pastries, fruits, etc. We stayed in the restaurant for 2 hours, slowly selecting as much and as often as we wanted from the buffet, without feeling rushed or pressured to leave at all. The food was constantly refreshed and replaced as it ran low, giving us multiple opportunities to enjoy our favourites. For us, the most memorable and special moment at this hotel had nothing to do with the villa, or the facilities. It was the staff. When we returned to our villa after breakfast, we were greeted personally by the hotel manager (it just happened to be my birthday, although that was not the reason we were there), who gave us a huge, beautiful birthday cake. This was totally unexpected, but truly appreciated (they must have noticed from my ID at check-in that the next morning was my birthday). We were then invited to take a tour of the property by golf cart. A Truly Amazing Experience.

got my booking room upgraded because the room i chose had already fulled. Overall the service is good,the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel should consider for the sanitary though because i found a cockroach in the basin,though it's not a major problem. The place is located rather far from the mall. So it's best to have a car around for convenience. For people who like tranquility, the place is quite and not crowded. still would recommend to stay next visit.😁

I was offered a room that was comfortable, but sparse in facility. I didn't complaint too much though because I knew the room comfort zone was in line with the price I paid for. The location of the Waterplace Residence is an absolutely shopper's paradise. There are hundreds of good eating places inside and around the huge nearby shopping mall, apparently I am informed, the biggest in Indonesia. The u-nit residence rental lady who was looking after me and my young family, was the most accommodating, helpful and considerate service manager I have ever come across. Indeed, if Grenny is still with the Waterplace Residence rental management next year, I will be coming again.
