overall we really like this hotel, for a "zoo" hotel and not under a big hotel management, their really shocked us with almost everything... no bad small at all even they have so many animals there, and the best is about their cleanliness, superb like a pro! so it's impossible for an early check in coz they really clean up the room so perfectly, hard to find any dust even @ the balcony... staffs also nice and friendly, i was served by mr. abas (basuki) since i called many times while booking the hotel until the check in process, they really do their best 👍. cons = - i believe 90% of this hotel visitors are bringing their children/babies, it will be best if they really made the hotel become "non smoking hotel" not only inside the room because i still find some "non educated" guy smoking at the pool, lobby, corridors in front of their kids/babies - hot water at shower toilet is just litle warm, not hot at all conclusion : it is a great hotel for a short stay, awesome

i went to tretes for a 2-day weekend vacation, so i booked this hotel from agoda because of the nice rate. the hotel is located near the main attraction of tretes, the traditional market, which offers fresh nature products and nice food. the hotel itself is decent enough for staying, although some of the properties already looks old/worn out. check in and check out process was very quick. food on breakfast was decent. the hotel offers free wi-fi facility, although the reception was bad in the room where i stayed. overall, this hotel is good enough, considering the area is a natural recreational spot, so you can't really expect a luxurious hotel experience.

The spa rooms are the real gem of Kaliandra! So beautiful, comfortable beds, lots of clean linen, lovingly cared for, lots of smiles and warm hospitable service. 5 stars! Award-winning! Tried the spa: good at 180,000 IDR, flying fox which they started for just 1 person at 170,000 IDR. This is what great service is about. Affordable luxury! Location-wise, the location on google maps is wrong as there is a new road that leads to the resort. Best to make prior arrangements for transport or resort to pick you up. Paid 550,000 IDR for a one-way transfer for 3 persons to Surabaya airport. Once check in, not likely you will walk out for meals as there isn't much within walking distance. Menu is small, but food is delicious and reasonably-priced. If you dine at the main restaurant - be prepared to dine with the wildlife - peacocks and cats. Since we stayed in the spa rooms, we had some meals at the Wellness centre itself. The resort also caters to large groups of people coming for educational purposes - but it was quiet on the monday we were there. If the owner's residence is available - i recommend go see it. Fasilitas hotel lumayan lengkap, ada kolam renang untuk dewasa dan anak anak. Ada taman dengan fasilitas utk org dewasa santai dan outdoor playground untuk anak anak. View sangat indah dengan udara sejuk minim polution. Ada taman ala jepang yg cantik and instagramable....untuk breakfast lumayan banyak variasi menunya dan enak juga rasanya. Kalau dengan harga murah spt ini, saya rasa hotel ini sangat worth it dan recommended. Minusnya hanya di furniture kamar yg sdh tua dan perlu renovasi, dan juga kamar mandi yg lantai serta dindingnya sdh menua, shower yg ga seberapa hangat airnya, closed yg shower kran nya sdh rusak hehehe. Anyway thankyou inna tretes....next semoga cpt di ganti ya yg minus2nya

Me and my wife was so satisfied with the room size, cleanliness, and also all kinds of facilities. the kids were enjoying the rabbit feeding session and also awesome pool. the only downturn was the additional fee for the kids, as each room is given breakfast for two, so the kids, which probably only eat cereals and bread, should pay enormous amount of money. other than that, the steps of the stairs are killing us. it takes probably 60 steps from the rabbit park, to our room. hope this helps

After check in , earlier than 2 pm , some small cases are happened, such as the faucet drain in bath room was stumped. After call n repaired by technician, an exhaust fan is fixed but the small refrigerator in room was kept in off condition . The whirlpool always " freeze" status. Overall ...cleanliness,staff, location, facility and cost n quality the score is 9.0. The recomended hotel , to stay overnight during in tretes ..... Happy life

I love the fresh air and the Mountain View that I can see in this hotel. it's cottage hotel with the outbound area around. it's sensational hotel room. the rooms name all r birds name 😀😊💞 the staff r all helpful,friendly. their restaurant's menu is indonesian and tasty! I like it. although to reach this place isn't easy, but when I reached here, I felt like all the hard things I did is paid. I enjoyed stay here. they set the rooms all r in the container. unique 💃😍 my first experience stay in the container room n it's hotel. masyallah... Pls give the ☎ bcuse no telephone inside the room. we must to go to the receptionist office whenever we need a help. and pls get separate in between key and the chain,bcuse the chain is for turning on electricity in the room only. and when it's dark we can't see anything to lock the door with the key. pls complete the mini mart around this hotel. it will help our needs whenever we need something, as this hotel is a bit far to get reach to minimarket. The service is good 🙏😊 thank you for your service and patience during our stay in your hotel 🌷

I think this hotel has the best value for money. I love the environment and the surrounding of the hotel. Open up the balcony, and i got a lovely view of pine forest, the aound of chirping birda and crickets. Very relaxing. And also, the service of this hotel is beyond my expectation. First come to the hotel, i got welcome drink (hot tea/ hot coffee), what is beyond expectation is they also serve a welcome snack (pisang goreng keju) which is very yummy. The breakfast is ala carte, you can choose from several menus available for breakfast. So i order breakfast at room, and when the breakfast came, they also serve us some appetizer and dessert, and the food is also delicious. Again, beyond my expectation. The last thing which i remember, my husband was once asking for matches at the receptionist (just asking whether he can borrow any fire match) and that time there were no matches he can borrow. But what is remarkable is they came to our room and brought us matches, which we already forgot that we were asking (because we were just asking as passing by the receptionist). But they remember it and brought us one! Again, beyond my expectation. Also, this hotel is very near to Kakek Bodo Waterfall, just by 2 min walking. Again, i'm very satisfied with the hotel. It has that relaxing environment and lovely view. The service is awesome. Best value for money.

Clean room, have wifi, near river, ricefields and mountain. But the view from the hotel location is not good enough, you need to walk to a higher road if you want to enjoy the panorama. Also the surrounding location is quite noisy with the sound of worship from the nearby mosque. The road for access also not good, and the parking area is very narrow. In short, can be better but for now it's not worth the money
