A GREAT STAY! ”
My second time to Boracay. First was in a “nicer” resort. The previous place was nice and I would have stayed there again, but it was booked. So I was BLESSED with the opportunity to learn of the Mandarin! This place is fantastic! Smaller, however, so cozy and nice. Largely newly renovated, it’s very comfortable and clean! The pool is beautiful and the staff is so amazingly wonderful! I had been in Philippines for over 45 days when I arrived here. They made me forget I was in the Philippines. The place looks almost like it belongs in New Orleans, and it’s so warm in its feel. I booked transfer through them and it was seamless and sooooo easy! I highly recommend this option for you. The location is great, just about dead center of the beach and close to all the places you may wish to visit on the beach. I met the general manager…such a sweet lady! Truly has a passion for her faculties and customers. When communicating via Messenger with staff members, again, they were so warm, caring and HELPFUL! This will always by myself first choice for Boracay!

A LUXURY HOTEL AT BEST BEACH FRONT LOCATION”
"One thing that Miss Lily, owner/manager, definitely excels at, it is picking up the most friendly staff, and training them to be able to accomodate all your needs in a most efficient and prompt manner. Like, go get my meds or finding the most amazing therapist. I was on a post-surgery recovery journey, and both the quality of accomodation and service prompted me to extend my stay to 1 month. I opted for a pool-front room, which was spacious and comfortable, AND had a spacious bathtube (soaking in matters to me). It is located 3 steps from the pool, 15 from the restaurant, and 60 from the sea. Also about the best location on white beach, close to D-mall & restaurants. I highly recommend, for short or long stay, alone or with large family"

Perfect location, modern hotel +”
This hotel is in a perfect location, right on the beach, surrounded by restaurants, shopping areas and bars etc. The staff were very helpful and the room felt modern and clean. They have a great swimming pool in the middle of the hotel which is nice, I would definitely stay here again. ****Also i nearly forgot, make sure you ask the hotel to arrange your transfer which is an airport pickup, then a speed boat and then another transfer, it felt like VIP, and the whole process was done in 15-20 mins, I reckon if we took the public ferry it would be over an hour, at least. Really good service!*****

A Booking You Won’t Regret! ”
Stop looking for other accommodations. You are already in the best! 1. They have an excellent customer service. ✨ They treated us as VIPs during our stay. All of them were really accommodating. They provided us a great and worry-free experience. They gave their best and full assistance on what we needed. 2. You might consider not stepping out of your door as they have very cozy rooms. 👍🏼😂 2. The hotel is also in great location📍. The beach area exactly in front of it is not crowded during our whole stay considering that there are a lot of tourists on both sides of the beach! 3. There are also a wide selection of food on their complimentary buffet breakfast. All were really delicious! 🙌🏼😋 You may also have your lunch/dinner on their restaurant, Don Vito. They also have a live band every night. STAY HERE to have an awesome, relaxing, and extraordinary Boracay Mandarin experience.

I so love my stay here in Mandarin. Me and my friend were very satisfied. All staff are always in smiling faces, which makes you feel a good vibes. Very nice and caring staff too. The location is great too, you can buy what ever you need and want in just an instant because the stores are very near the hotel. The food is superb too. All in all I will highly recommend to stay and feel the comfort here. I will definitely comeback again together with my family.

We love this resort! We have been here 4-5 times because it’s top notch. The location is perfect, the rooms are updated and immaculately clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful for your needs. On top of that free breakfast! which has a great selection of fresh food and eggs made to order. We highly recommend the Boracay mandarin island resort it’s a great value and a great place. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My birthday last sunday was truly a memorable and enjoyable one made possible by Ms Lylin . general manager and the whole staff who accommodated and served us efficiently and meet all our requests . with the limited resources at boracay because of the pandemic still Ms Lilyn made the effort requested their chef to bake special bday cake for the said occasion. They let you feel like a family with their care and simple smile .. Food delicious at your preference cuisine , ambiance so beautifully, the hotel is just located strategically at beach front .Our family have been staying at this hotel every time we are in boracay and they never fail to surprise you with new things esp it’s newly renovated now .Kudos to all Thank you . Pros: - Perfect location! Beachfront and near D’Mall, Epic and a lot of restaurants and bars. - Great value for money. Paid the hotel a month ahead and we got upgraded to deluxe with a beautiful corner room. - Breakfast buffet! Limited selections but they offer delectable freshly brewed coffee and even cook eggs to your liking. - Spacious, clean room! Ours even had a four poster bed with luxurious sheets. The airconditioning system was perfect, and they even have cable tv, water heater, chiller, hair dryer and coffee supply. A balcony is situated outside where you can chill with an awesome view of the sea. - Excellent staff! They have the friendliest staff i have encountered. From your arrival (they provide lemonades and cold towels) up to departure they will assist you with a genuine smile. We had no problems looking for help during our stay! -more perks: live band every night with great reggae or acoustic music; swimming pool in front of the beach. Cant ask for more! Cons: - buffet selections can be improved - update restrooms (they have clean restrooms and bidets, but the glass wall in the shower room is not enough to keep the floor dry) We really enjoyed our stay and we cant wait to go back!

Great location in station 2 beach front, close to restaurants, bars. D’mall. Excellent service, with friendly and professional staff, clean room, comfortable bed, and a nice pool. Breakfast was very good. Live band that played every night provided good entertainment but a bit loud while eating dinner and you’re shouting to each other just to be heard. Otherwise l, we had an excellent stay at Mandarin.

From my arrival to the Jetty port to leaving all in between was phenomenal. The GM Ms Lilyn is hands down one of the best GMs I’ve met. She took care of all my needs and her staff made it even better. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I tried the pizza, steak, prawns, desert you name it I had a bit of it and nothing disappointed me. The location was perfect for sunset and night time love band. I stayed in the penthouse and it was great no issues. This is one experience I will not forget and encouragw anyone reading the reviews to get this experience first hand and go enjoy yourself. Mandarin rocked!!!!

Great Boracay Experience”
I just loved our stay at Boracay Mandarin. Staffs were super friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Ralph for always taking care of us whenever we were at the restaurant. It was a great dining experience, too. The band who performs every night was good. It was super special for us when we had dinner there because they played all our favorite songs...even our theme song. It's like they took it all from our playlist! :) Food served was great. No complaints. I would definitely come back when I visit the Philippines again.

Value for Money with beachfront experience and More!”
The ambiance is very comfortable since day 1. Transport from Caticlan Port to Hotel was a surprise! Our party are the only passengers of the Speedboat, and it was awesome! Food at Don Vito are delicious and to our liking. My kids loved the pizza, pasta and sandwiches found at the Menu. Hotel staff are very courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Live music in the afternoon and in the evening are great! We loved them. Swimming at the pool is so comfortable, even with other guests passing by. Beach is just in front, and the view is fantastic. Buffet breakfast overlooking the white beach in the morning is like a blessing from the Heavens. Overall experience is excellent. If we come visit again, I will still choose the Premier Family Room at Boracay Mandarin.

One of the Best in Boracay”
The location is excellent, right on the White Beach, plus station 2 is ideal. Not so crowded and not so secluded either. D'mall is walking distance. The hotel staff are the best I have encountered. Breakfast was very good. And dinner option at their own restaurant is pretty good. Their Italian selections are very delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. And from now own I will only stay here for my Boracay trips.

It was a race against time to book the best hotel when we decided to head over the Boracay 3 days before our trip. I travelled with my elderly parents and this hotel got a nod from their discriminating tastes (beachfront, near D’Mall, near food places). The warm and attentive staff, spacious and cozy poolside rooms, buffet breakfast, band and a stone throw away is the picturesque view of the Boracay sunset... what more can you ask for? Will definitely stay here for the next Boracay trip.

This is our home every time we go to Boracay. Location is very ideal and strategic at station 2. What we like about this hotel is its front beach view,swimming pool and the food at Don Vito Restorante and walking distance to D'mall and market. Overall stay was exceptional!👌 Oh, and they refill drinking water provided in the room, just ask the staff to refill it for you. 💕

Best Beachfront Resort!!!”
1. Very accessible to everything since it's like in the middle of everyone. 2. Breakfast buffet is the best!!!! 3. Staff are amiable 4. They have live bands at night, no need to go out. But if you want to go bar hopping, since this hotel is in the middle of everyone, so can easily go back to the hotel and rest. I will definitely come back and book at this hotel. This is better than any other famous hotels that are being advertised on facebook.

Our Favorite Place to Stay in Boracay!”
Just finished up our 3rd stay here and our 2nd time to stay in the Ambassador Suite. This suite has one of the best views on the beach if not the BEST view on the beach as the outside balcony area with pool looks out over the beach. You are literally right on the beach. Everyone there is so friendly and we always receive the best service possible. We are looking forward to our next stay.
