thanks for your hotel's entire service. I fully enjoyed your hotel with my friend. I have booked two hotels to visit Boracay. First day and second day, we was in Cristal sands. And i chose your hotel for my third and fourth day. So i didn't expect your hotel but that was fantastic enough. especially when i was in hotel bar with my friend after swimming. i talked with Ariel. And he recommended us some places that can make us enjoy Boracay. And we can feel his personality that makes customers comfortable. I didn't express my emotion to him when i was in your hotel. So i am writing this comment to compliment him. Again, thanks for your service. I will visit your hotel again if i go to Boracay again.

Front desk was extremely accommodating as soon as we arrived. During the whole check in process, they provided a refreshing drink, which was definitely needed after traveling to the island. Location is just a 2-minute walk away from the beach and it's right near the attractions and water activities. There's also a hostel right next door with a bar and live music, which was great to visit when we didn't want to go to the more busier bars at the beach. Staff was super attentive to us. Free breakfast had a good variety and was super filling! Our flight going home was early, before breakfast opened. But if you tell the front desk beforehand, they can pack a breakfast for you to go (just sandwiches, but still delicious). And wifi in the room had no problems, I could connect for quick work when I needed to. Would definitely consider coming back here again next time!

We had the best time at boracay haven suites from check in throughout our stay, the staff were phenomenal!!! We were so impressed by the customer service by all staff we interacted with and the effort they made to get to know us and ensure our stay was a good one. Thank you to all staff specially nic, marites, and all of the pool bar staff as well as reception and concierge. You were the reason our stay was so great! Highly recommend staying here, great location on top of it all!

1. Staff was very accommodating, courteous and helpful, they provide welcome drinks and even arranged a birthday cake. 2. Location was accessible along the main road, 2 minutes walk to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants and shops. 3. Room and amenities are great, they even have umbrellas and clothes rack at the terrace to dry your wet clothes. Room is fixed morning and afternoon. 4. Every day, they have different menu for buffet breakfast, complements to the chef. 5. They provide complimentary afternoon snack at the reception area after the day's activities. 6. Hope that the pathway leading to the beach could be fixed as it gets muddy when it rains.

Room was very clean and spacious. Garden suite room was noisy as it was beside the pool. Requested to move to a quieter room, no problem. Enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar at low cost. Excellent staff! Would definitely come back!

- Location is perfect as it is just 3 minutes walk to the beach and very near to Dmall, Ministop, 7-11 and Starbucks. - The hotel is clean. Room service is being done twice. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. - All staff are very accommodating and hospitable. They provided excellent service from day one until checkout. - Breakfast is very good and the menu is different everyday. Beach towels are also provided. You can request twice in a day. You can also request drinking water in your room for free. - We just got problem with the A/C on our first night, but they immediately responded by transferring us to another room. However, the room where we are transferred was small compared to the first one. - The water in the pool is very cold especially at night. I hope the jacuzzi has an option for hot water so you can dip in the pool at night.

My girlfriend and I loved this place so much! The staff were super, super friendly. Always smiling, always greeting us by our names and always ready to help with any request. We stayed in the poolside garden suite, which was just perfect. Nice enclosed small private garden with a lovely deep jacuzzi and waterfall, which the staff will fill for you. The room was spotlessly clean and everything felt new. Wifi was good, swimming pool excellent, breakfast very good, beach within easy walking distance, but it is the staff which made us feel so welcome. We have promised ourselves that we will go back and stay in the same room one day. Thank You !

Location is perfect, just a few minutes going to the beachfront. Their food is sumptuous and generous when ut comes to servings and ingredients. When we tried their menu we just wanted to eat there for the rest of our stay, since we tried eating out on a restaurant outside on our 1st night. Staying at Boracay Haven Suites is worth every penny.

Me and my friend stayed there for 5 nights. Though its not beach front, it was only 2 mins walk to the beach. Located just a short walk to station 2, where the shops and restaurants are. Breakfast buffet and restaurant food was excellent. They also had complimentary afternoon snacks every 3-5pm. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Located in station 1 but also just a few minutes walk to station 2, where the shops and restaurants are. Good value for money. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of different choices. Beach towels were provided twice a day. Also has complimentary filipino afternoon snacks. All the staff were very polite and accommodating. Would come back and recommend this hotel to relatives and friends.

LOCATION: The location of the hotel is just beside the main street and 2 -3 minutes walk to the beach ( station 2 ) and 10 minutes walk to another beach ( bulabog ) which is more calm . The hotel is near to everything, stores and restaurants. The pool is a good way to freshen up after a long stay at the beach. HOTEL: Hotel staffs are very accommodating, kind and innitiative. Specially the lady at the front desk, she is very kind and helpful with all our needs. The guards are very helpful when we need etrikes for our transfers. FOOD: On our first 2 days the breakfast was excellent as we are ordering it in advance with choices from Filipino breakfast to western, i guess because we are still few in the hotel but the last 2 remaining days were the hotel started to be full. They switch to buffet which the choices are not as good as our firsts. Over all i would recommend this place and we will definitely come back again. Thank you for our good stay!

We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. We booked the Atrium Garden Suite which is super nice because it has a jacuzzi. All of their staffs were warm, friendly, helpful and accomodating. The beach is very accessible. I believe it is 5 minute walk from the hotel.
