Nice and clean

I loved the location of the house and the spacious layout of the place.

I wish the location would have been cleaner upon arriving and there was some obvious damage to the location. Almost outdated in a sense

It was a lot more spacious than we thought it would be. There was a loft bed we didn’t even know about. There was some utilities , cleaning supplies, pots and pans, and wifi we didn’t know about. It fit our group perfectly. I read some reviews that the fridge didn’t work, but i’d you turn it on freezing it works perfectly fine. The balcony and back patio was nice, didn’t even know we had them. Everything was laid out very nicely and it was clean. There was only two parking spaces but there is lots of room for parallel parking nearby. It was perfect for us.

There was a couple light bulbs out but it wasn’t that big of a deal. There was a screen or two from windows broken just left around the house, but tucked out of the way. There was no towels for showering in the bathrooms, so we had to go purchase some. The carpets were a little stained but that wasn’t that much of a concern. The one closet downstairs had some pairs of shoes in it, and the fans made really loud noises when on.

Nothing

Fridge did not work wasted 200 dollars of food. Carpets were dirty and loaded with hair. Only 1 parking spot. 2300 dollars for a place that should have been 1400 at the most. Only had half of a toilet paper holder. Should have been refunded for my all my wasted food. Oh and the couch legs fell off the first time someone sat on it.

The refrigerator was not cold at all

The property was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean when we got there and fit our group of ten nicely. And very nice backyard area.

The fridge was hard to keep cool but the freezer worked well.

Walking in, my group expected 2 floors, and a high ceiling, but to our surprise , there is a 3rd floor and even a beautiful balcony.

Being 3 blocks away, the traffic lights bsck are the only thing rendering this property as something i didn’t like, but all in all, it was a good stay.

The location was great and the house was spacious. We never felt cramped or too spread out. The three levels helped with that.

The carpet was not clean, the downstairs bathroom shower did not really work, the fridge was not cold, the kitchen sink was clogged upon arrival (even tried to unclog manually while there and nothing worked), the upstairs balcony was inaccessible, the landlord entered the house unannounced.

It served it purpose for Senior week.

Some of the doors were broken and had no handles on the bedroom doors. There was some mold on the carpets.

Being by the Bay and Beach.

The manager was very nonchalant about concerns. The bathroom and kitchen weren't clean. I had to clean the bathrooms before anyone used them. Was throw up on the side of toilet and on floor. Hair on the floor, sand in the tubs. When I spoke with Manager he stated they're was no housekeeping. And That they don't give refunds or take a part of the bill off. For the price of the apartment I wasn't impressed. Kitchen had crumbs on counter, stinking and rusty Cleaning pads on sink, the bottom of kitchen sink leaked water. It was nasty. Bottom line will never stay here again nor will I suggest or recommend no one to stay. The Manager made it very clear it was nothing he could do. With the Covid I don't feel he took the necessary cleaning precautions nor did he try to accommodate our concerns.

The size of the apartment was great and was a perfect size for my large group!

The apartment needs to be updated, the carpets were stained and there was a small ant problem.

The location

As soon as we got there, there were ants everywhere. A musty smell as soon as we walked in the door too. Pillow cases were stained. Defiantly isn’t worth the price.

The location was great, and the place was very spacious for all of us.

When we got there the place was not very clean. Sand was still on the floors & the counter tops were not wiped very well. It was a bit unsettling with COVID.
