Great Pool, Quiet place”

Blue Garden is a budget priced waterfront resort, buildings are a bit dated, no Tv but great spot for a romantic getaway. The best part is Rachel, she is a Champion. 👍👍

Quiet relaxing holiday”

Very nice hotel with pool. Very small hotel - only 8 rooms open when i was there - making it really quiet. Breakfast only had one choise - the same food every day.. a bit booring For lunsh/dinner it takes almost one hour from ordering to eating... About 15 min walk to Lapu Lapu where there are lots of restaurants and shops. All restaurants sell only Korean food and are rather expencive. Best choise for eating out is to ake a taxi to Mactan Shrine where you find a variety of eating places and shops

it is located in front of sea... but there are too many ships, it is not so good for swimming and under the sea there are only seaweed, no corals... the boys are waiting for you and ask you to do some activities.. I used snorkeling in two places for 1000 pesoes but it was very disappointed. Room is clean and swimming pool is okay. I can use hot water in bath.. no problem. I use grab to go there and go out from there. I think it is quite good and if I visit Mactan again I will stay here again.

Great place and great staff ”

The place is quite far from the center but you can catch a motorcycle or a jeep. Also, the staff is very friendly and supportive. The beach at the back is fantastic. Its very close to the warf to catch any boat for tour to other islands (around 20 min walk) I enjoy this place and I have the opportunity I will book again there.

Very good”

Nice location for those looking peace of mind and quietness. Small but very nice resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: very poor breakfast (one egg, peace of sausage, 2 tosts and drink), food and drinks prices are too high. Shower wasn't working properly. Overall very happy as was looking for a peaceful and quiet place to escape from busy city.

Excellent”

If you're looking for a peaceful place, I would recommend this. The room is really spacious. It's not crowded (I so loved it). We had the pool all to ourselves. The food is pricey but that's understandable since it's a resort. I would recommend they add more options when it comes to food choices. Overall, I'm happy with the stay.

Very good”

It is the time when great customer service exceeds the weaknesses of the resort. But its a plus if visitors can swim in the beach. Tv mght not important to others but if the guest has kds its a must. Also a strong wifi is now a neccesity. The room exceeds our expection.its looks like a suite in a hotel. The service was superb. Staff are flexible. Keep it up!!!!!

If you would like to find serenity in your trip this is the place to be. You can enjoy their beach front pool or consider island tour package offer from some bystander in the shore area. Location is satisfactory but their staff is superb.

A hidden Gem in the heart of Cebu”

If it will not be costly to replace your wall papers with wall paint please do so, Renovation for the Sink or Washbowl cabinetry must be dealt with repair as soon as possible. All in all it is a wonderful place. This hotel made me sleep at night comfortably. The the extra pillows were free. Great and wonderful place.

Nice grounds”

Nice staff, Nice pool, no beach, on a bumpy dirt road, good security.... people there to take you island hopping, market is not far and at the main road has many motor tribike taxis... not a place for night walks out the property. Room is big , no wifi in room, no tv. AC works great.

Resort with nice pool but far from Airport & Highway”

This resort is located a bit far from the airport and you need to passed by narrow alleys in order to get there. The room I booked is a cottage room besides the pool and just near the beach. The pool is nice and clean but the room is a little bit old (with poorly maintained furniture). The room is huge but no TV, no hot water, with a weak water pressure. Though the room is a bit disappointing, the pool and the beach is very nice though they have small shoreline. The food they served is also very good though they don't have much on their menu and a bit pricey but has a huge servings (one order is good for 2 to 3 person) so for me it is acceptable. Morever, the staff at the bar/restaurant area are very helpful and very accommodating to my request. If you want a place that is quiet and you don't mind the location, then thdis place is for you. So overall, I still enjoyed my stay despite the location.

Hidden gem in Maribago”

We loved our stay at the hotel. The Korean owner works hard for keeping the place up with success. The swimming pool surrounded by trees is superb, as well as sitting in a table of the bar facing the sea. The only thing letting down this place is the location, or better the bouncy and narrow road that leads to it. It's not that long, but cars have such an hard time to get there in the last few hundreds meters

Ocean front needs O&M”

Excellent location for ocean access, but resort access is very difficult. Worth the search, except needs O&M touch-ups in the rooms (doors, fixtures, etc.). If Management pay attention, this will be a hot spot, but staff is good. Breakfast end @ 9.00am is very unfortunate. Will visit again.

Pros: swimming pool, sea in the front (clear water), bathtub in the room. Cons: internet only in the lobby and only till midnight, very expensive price of beer, arrangement with taxi expensive (simply ask the driver to use the meter).

Isolate Area”

Well the Blue Garden Resort does not have anything resort stuff. The hotel MUST put pictures of the rural area because it is in a remote area, bathtub is not good at all. Food is very expensive and also they have schedule hours. So, if you are ungry you MUST wait until the schedule hours. Also, you cannot buy drinks after 10pm and you don't have any option available because the location is not good. Basically, you need a rally car to get there and taxis charge you a lot to pick you up, plus you need to wait almost 30min for the taxi. That's why I moved from there right away! Also, the Internet is very bad and they don't have phone at the room. So, if you need something you MUST go to the front desk. The price per night is to hight for their hotel. I will put 1 start. BTW! Agoda always help me to out when I have these kind of issues. Thanks to Agoda

Its a nice place to stay, nice and quiet beach. Its not easy to find this place, the road leading to this hotel is in poor condition. We enjoyed our stay there after we found it.

Taxi cannot reach... bad road on 1 km. .. great place and pool or island visiting. ”

This resort need improvement and to be refresh... under the bed, air conditioner and fan almost blocked with dust. Etc.,.. No Wi-fi in all rooms. Only in lobby... no tv there.

The location is far beyond my expectation! it really is far and the rough road is so intense! LOL you would'nt think that there's a resort at the end of the road. just make some renovations and i will it a 5 star. on the brighter side Julie on the front desk is very accomodating and very helpful. the security guard are very respectful also. overall if the road will be constructed i might go back to this hotel.
