I love Blue Corals Beach Resort!”
blue corals beach resort gave me the best stay ever. i paid a very reasonable price of experiencing malapascua in just 2 days. the crew of the hotel are very welcoming and accommodating. for other tourists, please take note that some crew are a little bit shy but they're trying their best, i promise! i also had a free ride to cebu city. the owners spirits are amazing! what a very kind family. tip: take room #4 facing the beach. the view is fantastic! you can even drink in the veranda when you decide not to go out at night.

Perfect”
Blue Corals Beach Resort was just the perfect choice for my short holidays in Malapascua. Vivian and all the staff were super friendly and helped me arrange my round trip pick-up from Cebu Airport to the hotel. The location and food is great, the rooms were clean and the one with balcony had a great view. I would definitely recommend Blue Corals to everybody and I hope to be back soon.

AC not cooling, otherwise very good”
Many locals know that Malapascua is quite pricey compared to other destinations in Cebu. Happy to have found blue corals. I think the price is good. The free breakfast was not great but hey, it's a bargain. We stayed during summer and the AC was not powerful enough to cool the room. Otherwise, we had a great time. Staff were nice too.

Ovelooking the Beach & Excellent view at Sunrise”
The place and its surroundings were excellent. Being off season for tourists that time, we had difficulty in engaging a public boat due to scarcity of passengers to fill the trip at minimum capacity of 15. However, I called the Hotel desk and he quickly arranged for a chartered boat to take us to the island quickly. My wife and I really enjoyed our 2-day stay in the island. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was basic and good enough for our standard. There are a good number of options at night time along the entire stretch of the beach; a choice of good number of restaurants and bars are situated conveniently in the area. Generally, the prices of food and other items within the island are very reasonable and cheaper compared to other well-known resorts in the country. The place is very safe and the people are friendly and honest. The weather is at its best. I plan to take a larger group next time, especially the relatives and friends.

Best Value on the Island ”
My stay at Vivien’s Blue Corals Resort couldn’t have been better. I booked for 5 nights and things were so pleasant I added on an extra 3 nights. Extremely clean, well kept, AMAZING staff who are the hardest workers in the country - they were even cleaning up the beach of all the seaweed after a bad storm that took hours and hours to do. The breakfasts were great with a nice selection and the wifi worked well. Strong restaurants and diving outfits either direction. Highly recommended.

highly recommended”
my wife and i are from the us and we were very impressed with both the ammendities and the service. the manager/owner (vivian) greeted us with a smile and offered an "open door policy" for anything we needed. she saved us $ going to and from the island on boat and taxi and also helped us to book snorkling and diving trips as their are many dive shops all selling trips at different cost.we looked at all the resorts on the island and we wanted to share this experience...we are definatly going back to blue corals resort....thank you

Nice service and accomodating”
Blue Coral was the best in Malapascua in terms of location and they upgraded from Junior suite (3rd Floor) to Deluxe (2nd Floor) as we requested not to be in the 3rd floor as we have Senior citizen, Breakfast was great but they do not change bed sheet and pillow every day. They have a policy of changing it every 3 days as per staff. They do not server dinner. Thumbs up for shower, cleanliness, aircon and security.

Great but need to change the bed sheet every day ”
Blue Coral was the best in Malapascua in terms of location and food. Breakfast was great but they do not change bed sheet and pillow every day. They have a policy of changing it every 3 days. We requested to change it after a day and it was granted. the hotel do not serve a dinner and lot of dogs in the lobby.

Nice place for diver”
stayed blue corals cotage for five nights. my main purpose (maybe only purpose) was diving. the facility was very simple but they got everything I need. breakfast was nice enough, staff were nice and helpful, wifi was ok, and there was a small beach in backyard which is very quiet. what I disappointed was that all the beach area in the island were not good for snorkeling...

Good Location with awesome Sunset View”
we had a room that faces the sunset, although we didnt witness the sunset there, we can imagine how beautiful in will look over the horizon. Staff was amazing, we checked out at 10am and wanted to use their shower after a Dive. staff were super helpful and open a unoccupied room for us to take a quick shower before leaving. Kudos to the staffs of Blue Corals Beach Resort

Great location and value for money”
Tips : > spring for an aircon room coz the fan rooms look shabby and I dont think have views. The bungalow is also “street” level. Most of the rooms at the main bldg look out into sunrise or sunset views > at the price you’ll pay dont mind the errant fly here and there. It’s an island, very rural, deal with it > you can arrange Kalanggaman and snorkeling tours with them w/o talking and paying to touts, however motorbike rides to go around the island and taking the boat out of Malapascua you fix on your own

Exceptional”
The all stay was nice and this is why we extended booking there. This is not a luxury hotel but compare to the price it's really a good deal. I did regret the coffee was solube coffee and not real coffe (but it's the same everywhere in Cebu). Too many boat trip seller in the island. To travel there you have to take the boat and you are always pushed to pay higher price to cross the sea just because you are foreigner (this is bad to see you are traveling with a simple bag and pushed to pay double when the locals travel with scooters and other goods but don't have to discusse the price).

Nice staff and good emplacement”
Our stay in blue corals was just as expected ! The staff was really welcoming and the room was clean and well situated (sea view in the standard room). Breakfast was great as well with many choices (european, filipino, pankakes...) The hostel propose massage as well as a cheap price straight to your room. Recomanded !!

Nice location close to a good restaurant and dive center”
First the bad: * Wifi is not in all rooms, esp Bungalows don't have wifi (out of range) * Food very expensive (Value for money wise) * Didn't see any kind of water sport (motorized or not) but I also didn't ask maybe its my fault. * The beach is not good for swimming, maybe more suitable for sun bath The good: * very close to a very good cheap restaurant (the one right after the hotel on the beach) * very close to dive society dive center (also cheap and good) * staff are friendly * offer water refill - for a fee - which is good for the environment * room was clean and shower / heater were all ok * relatively cheap compared to other hotels in agoda * close to the ferry tldr; go there if you want to be close to cheap good restaurant and dive center. If you want swimming go to the other side of the island (or maybe another island)

Nice property, great location”
Bold is perhaps an understatement, white with bright blue accents but this is in a great location. It is handy to most dive shops and restaurants on Malapascua. Our room was about the last available on the island due to Chinese New Year bookings and it was basic, fan butno air conditioning but it was clean and tidy. There is a nice bar outside with all-round views. Breakfast was simple but acceptable and the staff, while unobtrusive, were helpful and friendly as is typical of the Philippines. Nice place, will stay again but I will try for an air conditioned room

A really great place to stay”
The resort was a really great place to stay. They're perfectly situated at the corner of the island, so there's access to three great beach points, and you get a fantastic sunrise and sunset. The staff was friendly, and they did a great job of cleaning the rooms. We stayed in a fan room, and it was perfectly comfortable with the breeze coming in from the ocean/sea. Also, the breakfast was pretty tasty, but be warned, you don't get complimentary breakfast if you book on agoda. My biggest complaint is about the bar. They have happy hour deals of buy-one, get-one that aren't actually buy-one, get-one and are quite pricey. Then they don't understand why you argue about a free one when it's listed under receiving a free one. Also, they play terrible club music that ruins a wonderful sunset. Overall though, it was a great place to stay, and we enjoyed the island so much that we extended our stay by one night.

Very nice”
We spent 5 days here in April 2018. Our big balcony had a gorgeous view of the beach. The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and big enough. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a good location to access all of Malapascua. I would stay here again.
