I love this hotel!”

Friendly staff who are both friendly and informative, the room is large enough for three including the bed is so big, many pillows and so comfy but doesn’t has refrigerator in the room instead they provide cool water and tea, coffee 24/7 at lobby. Moreover, it locates in the center of city which we can borrow the bike to river market and there are many food stands and convenient stores where we can bike within 5-10 mins. Therefore, this hotel is worth with the price!!!! And I would stay here again whenever I have chance to vist Suratthani next time.

I stayed just for 1 night in Suratthani. Pros: Highly recommend for this hotel if you are finding a place to stay in town. Reasonable price, very good light breakfast (included local food), the room is new, clean and unique. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Limited parking lot

Good location, excellence service and clean room”

Good location, staffs are very supportive (especially, I was mistake on booking on the check-in and out dates) - the room is clean, I really love pillows (big and nicely provided) - towels are well clean. Surprisingly we can request water and coffee for free of charge during my stays. Dinning area / breakfast space is enough, I booked the room with no breakfast, so no comments on the breakfast and the room charge is very reasonable price. Room/ hotel design is really nice, I love it and parking space is enough during my period of stays. Thank you again for helping me on my reservation amendment with Agoda and I will surely book this hotel again for next visit to Surathani province.

Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel; room was very clean, wonderful and modern design, particularly high speed wifi. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Suratthani.

Great surprise”

Brand new hotel, I took a chance with only 1 review being posted. But it was well worth it! The rooms are spotless clean and super modern. The bed was so comfortable and huge. Staff is super friendly. Complimentary coffe and tea, water, fruit all day long. I could book my transfer to Koh Phangan with the hotel. Don't hesitate!

Great place to swing by”

This is the perfect place to swing by if you are travelling from one place to another and wanted to have a rest for a night. Very practical hotel with very clean and comfy bed and its location is in the middle of the city. I like their slogans on the room's wall, go find out yourself. Strongly recommend!

Superb value - don't stay in any other transit hotel!”

Awesome short stay. Superb value for money. Clean linen and towels and very comfortable beds. Free hot and cold drinks and snacks in reception. Decor is funky with industrial vibe. Room has everything you need. Very good choice as transit hotel while you wait to catch a boat or taxi to one of the islands. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

For this amount you paid, this is a five-star hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. It is in the middle of the city where all attractions are nearby.

Very nice and comfortable room”

The hotel is easily located to the night market and night pier, not far from the bus station (to Khao Son, Phuket, Krabi, airport, Donsak pier). The room is incredibly comfortable and the bed is soo large. Small but nice breakfast.

One night stay”

Great location, great value for money! A clean, pretty and spacious private room with AC for the equivalent of 10 euros is unheard of! Very welcoming and helpful staff, too!

They provide all day snacks for customer as bread, banana, tea,coffee and water. 2mins walk to closest Family Mart. Bed is so comfy and big,nearby have some hawker stall selling noodles and rice which is quite nice. And staff is super friendly.

Nice, “industrial” rooms that require little maintenance. Good bed, good airco and nice shower. Free drinks and snacks 24 hours. Breakfast simple, but very nice with local treats. The hotel offers a free bike for touring. Excellent

Very strategically located. Free bikes to use and the bikes are very good quality and comfortable unlike other hotels/hostels. Great chrysanthemum tea and iced cold water available at all times

No soundproof facility”

The room is clean and compact and easy to use. There is no soundproofing, you can hear the toilets and showers in the next room.
