Great place if wanting quiet family time”
We rented two 2 room Garden view cottages from Friday to Sunday mid March 2021. Approximately 10 adults and 7 kids under 10 years. One cottage had a 2 single beds and a double bed, and the other two double beds. Extra single mattresses can be rented for Rp100k per night. Cottages were in good condition with working aircon. This resort is a well-maintained area. Very private, very calm. The scenery and security seems good. But we got extra-charged just for mineral water. Anything else, excellent.

The location is beach front and got a private beach and pools”
The Garden View cottages are the smallest room and outdated. The biggest room are the Ocean View Type A n B have kitchen and 3 Bedroom( but the 3rd room are the smallest). All Bedroom got an ensuite bathroom ( Bathroom outdated the toilet sit need to be fixed as unstable sit- The bathroom need to be renovated. Bed Linen are dirty but you can ask them to change it before we used them. All the sofa are need to be replaced old n stained. They don't provide breakfast and they have outdoor activities such as Banana Boat, tree house, climb the rope, swing, fishing and swimming pools with kids pool as well just in front of the ocean view cottages. All the staff are friendly and helpfull. Overall open space area and private, just need to do some maintenance on the property/house for guest comfort.

Water taste awful. Like something contaminated. Idk if it’s because it’s close to sea water or something else. But usually if it’s because of sea water. The water would taste a bit salty. But it’s not the case. The water taste something else and it’s awful. Everything else is good.

Really Dirty”
The staff was very nice, but there was litter all over the front of our cabin. The grill was full of trash and the tiles in the bathroom were so dirty they cannot have been cleaned in years. The kitchenware was stained. The sad thing is that if someone had just picked up the garbage, scrubbed the tiles, and scrubbed the dishes with a green scrubbie the place would have been fine. Shabby is ok, this place was just dirty though.

View from the villa was fantastic however the place needed an update. The pool was ok but the water is not very clean. Many bugs in the villa during the night. Bed sheets was very dirty and bed wasnt very comfortable. Overall ok for family vacation. Staff was very friendly.

Alhamdulillah keluarga semua senang nginap di bintang laut resort, pemandangan indah,tempat luas, fasilitas kolam renang mungkin perlu di tingkat kan lagi. Karena kmren kesana selalu penuh tp kolam nya hanya 1 tidak terlalu besar. Kolam air hangat jg kotor. Perlengkapan dapur lengkap,bisa request BBQ juga sama penjaga nya.

Masalah Management dan air”
Ini kali kedua saya mengunjungi Bintang Laut Resort .. pengalaman pertama bagus tapi untuk pengalaman Kedua .. saya cukup kecewa dengan manner seorang magememt yang menghampiri saya dengen menegur dan mempermasalkan furniture (bangku) yang kami geser (jika rusakpun saya akan tanggung jawab) .. dengan cara peneguran dan intonasi berbicara yang cukup tidak enak. Dan masalah check out kami di pantau dengan 2 petugas (seakan kami pencuri sampai di pantau dengan tatapan petugas yg keli dan memegang HT) Untuk Air bau dengan bau yang tidak enak dan baunya cukup tajam sengingga berdikir ini wc yang mengual ternyata bau itu sumbernya dari Air. Cukup sudah dengan resort ini .. terima kasih banyak.

Kondisi resort luas dengan halaman rumput dan pohon kelapa, cocok utk keluarga besar dan pelatihan atau family gathering, ada wahana banana boat, jetski, mancing tengah laut, kolam renang..., kamar 2, internet kenceng...yah kekurangan mungkin airnya saja aga bau karat dan tempat tidur pernya kurang nyaman..., tapi overall baguss
