Lovely staff, peaceful environment, great pool by the beach...”
We stayed eight nights. The staff were unfailingly pleasant, friendly and helpful, and arranged taxis into town, and our cruise. The pool on the beach is great - very peaceful and warm, with lots of lounge chairs, where we were able to eat our food from the restaurant and drinks served from the poolside bar. We ate every breakfast at the hotel, several lunches, and a couple of dinners. The food was varied, with breakfast is the best, with a range of foods to suit most nationalities and tastes, and which vary from day to day. Very grateful that the kitchen staff got up early to prepare and box our breakfast for on the boat, which they helped arrange, or we would have gone hungry. Great wifi in our room - we were able to stream whatever we wanted to watch, with no interruptions. There are cheaper places at the backpacker end of the market in town, and one more expensive at the luxury end, but this is excellent value for the money, and we would stay again.

The staff make this hotel one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice and very clean.The food was good. The grounds are lovely. Slight worry over the pool area where the steps from the main pool to the toddler pool are shorter than the wall length and there is quite a drop - but apart from that it is beautiful, scenic and peaceful. The pool is fabulous - well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The restaurant staff in particular entertained my little granddaughter so mealtimes were a pleasure too.

Beautiful resort with a private beach. Great breakfast, great staff a very beautiful garden. It's out of the main town which I like. The hotel has pick-up service to go in and out of town but the best thing you can do is to rent a motorbike (if you can drive a motorbike). Spacious rooms, very clean and nice bathroom, good bed and linen.

Met by driver who was friendly. Arrived at hotel, good friendly staff. Breakfast good selection, location beautiful. Rooms clean /tidy, grounds very clean and tidy. Staff always smiling and helpful. Reception very helpful with transport. Negative was no free service into town so we spent 50,000 IDR each way which mounts up. Other hotels have free shuttle

If you care for a nice relaxing hotel in Bajo with value of money, this is the best choice! It's a resort hotel with a great sunset view, private beach and beautiful pool where you can relax and swim all you want. The staffs are great and the room all facing the beach. it's just great! TIP: ask for higher floor to get all the beauty of the beach from your room!

Great location on the beach. Nice pool. rooms are large and bed comfortable. Fridge in room. comes with buffet breakfast with western and Indonesian options. Dinner menu was limited but staff was very helpful. They can provided transportation to and from airport for 50K rupiahs.

Fantastic Hotel”
The staff of the Bintan Flores were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. They were super helpful and extremely friendly yet professional. I highly recommend this hotel and certainly the staff are 5* !! The pool area could be a bit more toddler friendly as there are a couple of drops to lower areas and continuous steps would be better but apart from that - perfect!!!!

Served our purpose fantastically ”
Our family had two rooms there, the rooms were clean and the bedding was white and clean. The bathrooms are older but they served their purpose. We really only had the rooms to sleep in as we were out on diving trips during the day. The pool was inviting and great to come back after a days diving and have a cold beer at. Breakfast started early and there was a good selection this was great as we needed to be gone early each day. Hotel is located a few minutes out of the village of Labuan Bajo but it was very simple to get a car from the hotel. We'd definitely good back again and use this hotel if we were diving.

Nice chilled place to relax”
Pros: Really nice gardens. Friendly staff. A nice pool. Good clean rooms with comfy bed. A good breakfast and a good price. Cons: the beach is semi clean in front of the hotel, but covered in HUGE amounts of rubbish from next door onwards. For a town that makes its money from ocean based tourism, a lot more care needs to be taken of the ocean. Wouldn’t want to swim amongst the trash. Badly in need of a beach clean up, and a program to educate those on boats the value of putting rubbish in the bin.

For the money and proximity to the town, hard to beat. The pool area and beach in front of it is terrific. Service as always in Indonesia is great and food at the hotel is reasonably priced. Breakfast included, it a good sized buffet and. Everything was tasty and hot. Definitely feel good in this pick you won’t be disappointed its above its price point in quality.

We felt this hotel offered great value and convenience. The rooms were clean and spacious. The price included breakfast and bottled water each day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was the perfect temperature and quite beautiful! The only issue is that the hotel is about a mile from the center of town, so you will likely have to take a shuttle or taxi for IDR50,000, luckily the hotel provides a shuttle with a little notice and can charge it to the room. Overall, a great stay!

Stafs are extremely friendly. Hotel is located in out of city but city is also so closed. Its silent area good for sleeping. hotel facilities are huge if you compare other hotels in labuan bajo. Good hotel 👍

Very nice hotel close to town”
Very nice hotel close to town. Beautiful garden with big pool and a small private beach. The room is simple but equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and had an Asian touch, which was nothing negative for us. The quality of the food was delicious, as well for dinner. A very good value for money. Very friendly staff in the whole hotel area. They help you wherever they can. English language is spoken there, sometimes better, sometimes not so good, but we have solved everything so no big issue at all. Compared to other hotels in Labuan Bajo it would be nice to have a hotel shuttle to go to town with a time schedule. In total we really enjoyed our stay at Bintang Hotel and can recommend it by 100% Thanks to everyone who made this stay so nice for us.

Nice View, nice room and super Staff”
I have a nice view from my room, facing the beach with beautiful scenery. Room is quite big. Staff deliver a very good service, Facilities is complete, breakfast is good. But need to add 2 lamps in the room because it's a bit dark inside and there are 2 lamps that is not on. Airport Pick Up service staff is also nice. I will surely comeback to this hotel again next time.
