we have been staying at the hotel for more than 10 occasions and usual it always satisfies us in every aspects we requires. As 2 local travelers, we have our own motorbike to roam around the vibrant area of district 7 and Binh Chanh's area. Shopping malls and supermarket are nearly (i.e. Lotte Mark, Crescent Mall), close to city center (5km).

Far from the hustle of the tourist centre, out at Pham Hung meeting the locals and exploring the area around our hotel proved to be an unexpected highlight of our stay. The hotel staff were a delight, the food was delicious and the rooms were spotless and nicely furnished. I would definately stay there again.

Good value for the money and good staff. It was a little difficult to fin, but I felt that was an issue with the taxi driver. Plentiful local food choices within walking distance. Really can not comment on the location. We just booked it for an overnight stay after our 1am arrival.

It is new building with Clean n nice design room, strong WIFI in room, quiet place but far from SECC (5km).
