"Thank you Element staff for making our stay very memorable, especially when you guys surprise my husband with a birthday cake and a sweet note from the team. We are very touched by your kind gesture. I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit"

The Bed KLCC

"I highly recommend this place especially for Filipino solo travellers! The hostel staff are mostly Filipinos and will gladly help you with directions or anything you need! 7/11 just outside the lobby. You can eat anytime at the lounge until 12MN and use their utensils and kitchen stuff (microwave for reheating ur food). If you are a traveller who loves to walk, this place is just a walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers, Suria Mall and KLCC. There is also a Bridge connecting KLCC to Bukit Bintang where all the malls of luxury and designer brands are located. The nearest train station in this hostel is the Monorail Bukit Nanas Station which can take you to KL Sentral and a lot of places. This place is so clean and so much better than any low cost hotels. "It is literally close to everything. There is a awesome supermarket in the Suria KLCC and also all kinds of restaurant. I highly recommend the rooftop bar Marini's On 57. The parking fee is reasonable, if you don't come in and out during busy hours. Thanks for the good accommodation and we really enjoy our stay in KL. "

1001 Nights KLCC

"Pros: short easy walk from the nearest station - Bukit Nanas. Several food options redeemable at Jom Jom's Kitchen anytime of the day. Spacious and fully equipped hostel - fridge, work station, living area, big bathroom, hot & cold shower and drinking water, balcony, city view, laundry, towel, shampoo and conditioner provided. High quality mattress and spacious locker, may use pool and gym at 11th floor, overflowing coffee and biscuit. Helpful and accommodating staff (Will answer to your needs and queries) - Ella. Mynews.com convenient store, restaurants, café and grocery available within the building. Request granted for lower bunk bed. Can smoke at the building's entrance area. Reliable wifi connection. Cons: meal voucher given on day 1 was already used - replacement was not given on time. Disturbance from other disrespectful guests (not hostel's fault). Faulty access card at the ground floor - sometimes it does't work, often times it does. Will choose 1001 Nights KLCC again!"
