25hours Terminus Nord10th - Gare du Nord,10th - Gare du Nord - View on map
"I stayed in both the Superior Room with balcony facing the Gare du Nord station, and the Superior Room facing a courtyard. Positives: - I like the quirky design - Ample space around the room for a solo traveller with 2 luggages and a backpack. - Friendly staff and can communicate well in English - Excellent location, literally in front of the station. Very convenient if travelling Eurostar or if using Paris as home base for trips to other city/countries Negatives: - Rooms with view of the street / station is noisy even when windows are shut (it's a busy area). Bring earplugs or ask a courtyard room. - Narrow corridors (like a lot of Paris hotels I think) Will stay again!"

Hotel Hor10th - Gare du Nord,10th - Gare du Nord - View on map
"It is very convenient for travelling in Paris and vicinity by train or subway (so called "metro" in Paris) since this hotel hor can be seen at Gare du Nord (north railway station). It is that close, really. If you walk around near hotel and get lost because the road in Paris very confusing, you just ask for Gare du Nord so you can find the hotel. The hotel is modern, nice, and clean. You can find a lot of restaurants in front of Gare du Nord. You can get some food in Carrefour City just walking across the traffic light."

Nord Est10th - Gare du Nord,10th - Gare du Nord - View on map
"The Nord Est provided an excellent base camp for exploring Paris. It's located squarely between the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est but tucked out of the way of any traffic or noise. The building has a pleasing anachronistic quality to it's facade, and is suitably only a short walk away from the beautiful Saint Vincent de Paul church. This hotel is ideal if you're on a budget; for our money we got a good sized bed, fast & free WIFI, en-suite bathroom with a powerful shower, nice new television, wardrobe space and a desk with 1 power point + divider. It's necessary to say that the rooms aren't perfect, nor are they forensically clean, any more than, for the sake of argument, one's relative's house might be. But at this price the competition is hostel's not hotels, and if you value your privacy then the Nord Est is perfect. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and relaxed. They take a laissez faire view towards your stay so if you are neurotic and need the constant reassurance of someone constantly picking up after you without asking for it, don't stay here. If you are realistic and appreciate a life uninterrupted by others, you will get along just fine. Having said that, room service was prompt, the room was always tidied and the towels always fresh. All the staff we met spoke English and helped us with any problems we were having, such as needing to print off flight documents, or directions for plotting our days activities. During our stay we quickly felt at home, coming and going as we pleased, unbothered by others and allowed to get on with our trip. Close to the heart of the public transport system it never felt too far away, and close to so many quality restaurants (and supermarche's) that we never required the hotel breakfast or bar facilities. I'd thoroughly recommend the Hotel Nord to anyone who wasn't relying on their hotel providing THE defining experience of their trip to Paris(!!!). Especially at 60 Euros a night."
Hotel d'Alsace10th - Gare du Nord,10th - Gare du Nord - View on map
"A very good hotel with excellent service located in downtown, very close to metro and station Gare de' Est. The room is bigger than I thought. And the environment is safe and quiet. Except no breakfast or elevator."
Le Rocroy Hotel Paris Gare du Nord10th - Gare du Nord,10th - Gare du Nord - View on map
"The room was clean and even better than we expected. Fyi, although it's not stated on website, soap and a tiny kettle is present in the room. There is also AC. The breakfast was amazing, simple and parisian. The staff was excellent! They were not only friendly, they were helpful for direction, guides on metro, and even when we faced a crisis. Super grateful to them! The location is close to metros, super convenient from Gare du Nord, however I don't feel its safe walking alone. Would reccomend female travellers to choose <10th Arrondissment. If not travel in groups! Beware of pickpockets too! If I'm coming back again, I'm coming back for their staff because their service is amazing. Both of us felt so at home! "

"The hotel location is really good for us, because it is really close to gare du nord and metro. Getting around city centre Paris becomes super easy. The staffs were extremely helpful and accommodating. Glad that we chose Art hotel Lafayette for our getaway in Paris."
