best location”

I was in Cebu City for the Sinulog Festival and Beverly Boutique Business Hotel is one of the BEST location to saw the parade. The staff are great, the restaurant, and the room. This hotel is affordable eventhough they didn't have some facilities that the common hotel has.

Very central hotel with a wonderful restaurant”

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. He went out and explored the town, which was very easy from the hotel. I slept in and rested because I had a cold. The hotel was very quiet, day and night, so I got a lot of good rest. Because we did not find any restaurants near the hotel, we ate most of our meals at the hotel's restaurant and found the variety and quality of food good. They had vegetarian options and a variety of cuisines. Breakfast was particularly good because they let us have other menu options than that explicitly included with the room. I loved the oatmeal. The water was purified, so we could have ice and juices without worrying about food-borne illness, which was a problem in Indonesia, where we came to Cebu City from. We had signed up for a deluxe room, but all of them were located on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot. We preferred a higher floor with a standard room, which had a view. The hotel then upgraded the standard room by putting in a refrigerator and an LCD TV, so we had a deluxe room. Also, the hotel used to be known as "Eddie's Motel," and taxi drivers still know it as that.

VALUE FOR MONEY”

WE STAYED NOV 3-5 AND ARRIVED AROUND 10AM AND WE WERE ALE TO HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN PERHAPS BECAUSE ITS WEEKDAY AND LEAN SEASON. CHECK IN WAS A BREEZE AND WE GOT OUR ROOM KEYS IN NO TIME. THE ROOMS ARE BIG ENOUGH TO FIT 4 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY AND THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN. THE LOCATION IS NEAR ALMOST EVERYTHING. ABOUT 7 MINUTES DRIVE TO AYALA CENTER AND THE MAJOR TOURIST SPOTS SUCH AS THE STO NINO BASILICA AND MAGELLANS CROSS. THERES A SUPERMARKET AROUND THE CORNER FOR YOUR NEEDS. PLATED BREAKFAST IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR LIGHT BREAKFAST EATERS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BEVERLY BOUTIQUE BUSINESS HOTEL TO RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. WE ARE PLANNING TO COME BACK IN JANUARY FOR SINULOG AND STAY HERE AGAIN.

Good location and helpful staff”

i have stayed at beverly boutique, formerly eddie's hotel, on two occasions recently. the room was clean on both occasions although the hotel is an older building. all the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant personnel. the hotel is location within walking distance to a "red light" area. i had lunch and dinner on a couple occasions and the food was both good and reasonable.

Our go to hotel in Cebu.”

We have stayed at Beverly Boutique numerous times due to the excellent service, friendly staff and convenient location. Plenty of eateries within walking distance, Fooda shopping mall next door, close to the pier and other shopping malls, 30 mins from the airport. Would highly recommend.

Reasonable condition hotel with very helpful staff”

i stayed at the beverley boutique hotel for 4 nights whilst in cebu city. the pictures on the website are somewhat more glamorous than the reality of the premises but all in all this place is not bad value for money. the staff were fantastic and always very helpful and generally the room was clean and i never had any issues.

Great Location and nice rooms”

we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. first was the location is very near to almost "must to see places" in cebu. second is the soft beds and clean rooms. it is also walking distance to the sky adventure of crown regency hotel and towers and also the Robinson's mall. around 10-15 mins taxi ride to SM mall and Ayala mall. it is also a 5-10 mins taxi ride to pier going to Tubigon port of Bohol (about one (1) hr travel time) in which you can hire a van for a day tour going to the famous chocolate hills, tarsier and butterfly santuary.

Worth the stay”

We stayed for 2 nights booked a standard room but they upgraded it to a superior room no additional charge. Very budget friendly. If youre riding a cab to the hotel tell the driver it used to be eddies hotel as some don't know it is manage by Beverly boutique already. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not too far from the mall. Breakfast is good but only 3choices all the time. The only con is if ur a coffee drinker there's no electric kettle in the room but staff is willing to give u a thermos of hot water. All in all the place is very highly recommended. Thanks BB for the awesome stay.

One Night Only”

We stayed only for one night before we had to leave Cebu. We chose the place because it was near an INC church as well as a Catholic church. Crown Regency Towers was also near the place so it was a plus point for us. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They were also able to return my friend's misplaced pouch she had accidentally left in the lobby while we were waiting for our GrabCar. The restaurant food was tasty. Since we were in a hurry for our flight, we weren't able to try their dessert pies even though it was tempting. Overall, the place was a good transient hotel. :)

Great place to stay,a nice Spanish family feeling.”

I enjoyed staying here , the place was in a good spot for walking distance to the bars and clubs. The hotel was very well run, the staff were super helpful, they had great service, I explained I might be late up for breakfast but they said it wasn't a problem to eat a bit later also let me have a later check out at 2pm. It had a great feel to the place kind of like Mexico (Spain) family values, I felt the atmosphere was great and staff treat me really well. "Would you like more coffee sir etc". If I come back to Cebu I shall be coming here. Regards Wesley Elson.

Good Hotel, helpful staff and good location”

The Beverly Boutique Hotel as everything you need. The bathroom was in good condition, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast included was reasonable. All the main bars are within walking distance with plenty of places to eat.

Service with a Smile”

Very nice, friendly and quiet hotel, great location, excellent price/quality ratio. The deluxe rooms are very large, very clean and very comfortable with two queen-size beds, but unfortunately quite dark especially on and around the desk. The staffs in reception (thank you Peggy and all the other ladies) and coffee shop were always very friendly and very accommodating; breakfast is average+ (they even offer you free coffee fill ups, for which many other much more expensive hotels charge). The only negative I encountered was the out of order internet connection, which the hotel staff blamed on Globe, the internet provider. I had prepaid the hotel for three nights, but checked out after only two nights due to the missing internet. I will definitely come back, subject internet is reconnected.

Great Price, Amazingly friendly staff, Discretely Located.”

Pros: *Great Price and Value. *Looks Great and clean. *Onsite Restaurant and Bar. *Helpful and Friendly Staff. Cons: *Taxi and Uber have a hard time finding unless you tell them it is connected to Mango Ave and the giant Redemption Church. *Needs a more powerful Air conditioning in the rooms. Strong enough for cool, but not cold or designed for the heftier patrons instant comfort. Good after 5 minutes... But request they turn on Aircon before you arrive. I had to go out to SM Mall for an hour so the room cooled enough for me when I arrived. *Getting a taxi or Uber is hard from the entrance of hotel. You have to walk to the end of the block and them try to wave one down. Like in previous comment, Uber gives horrible directions to hotel. Had 5 Uber drivers give up on trying to pick me up when they could not find the road the hotel is on. Final Rating: 8/10 After learning the tricks of getting to and from hotel. And since I can always walk downstairs for a cold drink or beer.

Nice clean hotel”

Hotel had not long changed it's name so some of the taxi drivers did not know it, but no problem because I had a may of the location printed off Google. Hotel is down a side street off the main road but I found it safe to walk around at night. The hotel has had a refurbish and the name change. The room I had was nice for the price, clean with a good shower, breakfast was include in the price and was OK for what I paid. Service was good, staff were very nice, but don't expect to get to much help with tourist ideas, the Philippines has not caught on yet on how to sell their attractions. Be prepared to see a lot of poverty around the area, people sleeping in the streets, children begging, just watch them and keep your hand on your wallet. I had no problems, just what a policeman told me to do. Don't give them money the local mafia take a big cut, if you want to help buy food for them that they have to eat right away, not something that can be taken off them and sold.

Enjoyable”

Ok, but up graded to a deluxe room worth the extra money, standard rooms are a bit small and not as nice. Staff are nice and friendly and helpful. Security is good. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Good location, just a short taxi ride to Ayala Mall, SM Mall or Cebu City. Also not far from the Waterfront Hotel Casino and Cebu IT Park About half an hour taxi ride from the airport but they will use the meter.

located in the centrum of cebu city, short distances to many facilities as, malls, entertainement, karaoke bars, not noisy at night, so you will have a great stay in this aerea, enjoy this place and you will return back

Great hotel with a few to improve on”

we got the biggest room they could offer during our stay in cebu things i liked: -bathroom had shower heater -bed sheets and comforter are very soft -food they serve is really good -location -aircon was quiet -didn't lose anything after they cleaned our room what i didn't like: -room smelled like cigarettes the first time we walked in -caught the person at the front desk sleeping while working in the middle of the night -person at the front desk sounded pissed when i called at 3am (maybe i woke her up) other than that, i think the hotel's ok

Simple and comfortable”

The best hotel for the money in the Philippines. Excellent staff , no ridiculous deposits to pay or fees for internet. My room had access directly to the outside court and driveway no need to go through the lobby with your guests. The interior of the rooms is simple and clean. Soft comfortable beds and good internet connection. My room standards are very high and I expect the rated hotel to live up to it's stars and this one does. I've stayed at over a dozen different hotels, 3 to 5 star, in this country and this is the only one that met or exceeded my expectations. Walks to the Mango entertainment and shopping area are mostly safe and close by. 15 minute walk to Robinson. Fooda Grocery store one block. Good variety of food within 5 to 10 minute walk. Most of all the guards and staff are extremely friendly to both you and any guest you may have. Place resembles a typical road motel in the US. Taxi is readily available 24hrs at the front lobby door. 300pesos max. for taxi to or from airport. 50p to Robinson mall.

Nice staff very friendly and ready to help all the time. this is the second time I stay here and definitely I will come back if I pass by Cebu again.internet connection is good in room as well, cleans room everyday ,safety depost boxes at reception.walking at night around isnt a problem. I am satisfied with wat I had looked for .

Excellent Value for Money and the downstairs restaurant and bar are very good, great food and great service. Will stop here everytime i visit cebu
