Electricity issues 6-8 times per day 😤”
It has a potential to be a good hotel, the location,facilities,room amnenities,etc... But the way the staff handle the problem was very poor, seems that they dont know what to do to solve things... -upon arrival, the security staff asked us to go up to the parking area to unloading luggage instead of the lobby on ground floor,which hotel trolley & bellboy is on the ground floor!! -has 12 floor but only 2 lifts, even there is no service lift for luggage -electricity in 2 rooms (we've booked 3 rooms) off for zillion times -super thin wall, no sound proof at all Won't be back for sure!!

My first visit to manado city”
It's my first visit to manado city, visitting family. Hotel looks nice from outside, especially the building. Their staff(s) are really helpfull and nice, room are clean. However inside room are so-so, not that nice, and the lamps are just too dark. We then bought lamp replacement at nearby supermarket for a brighter room. Foods are just so-so.

I am sorry but I would say the staff isn't really nice for me. Especially when I ordered food at night If you have breakfast in this hotel, it's better you go earlier because if you go at around 8 the food will gone. I mean, not all food. Location and facilities are nice!

value for money. its a budget hotel so dont expect too much. the staff are helpful n nice. food taste good but lack of variation, literally lack of variation, i've spent 3 night there. room are quite big enough but the bathroom smells bad, water heater dont work well, phone is dead so everytime i need something i need to go down to the lobby. housekeeping always forget to refill tissue or etc. its okay if u just want to spent night there but its not recommended if u need staycation. location are great.
