Très belle chambres avec un parquet en bois, les lits sont très moelleux. Pour le petit déjeuner il manque juste quelques fruits frais et de l’avoine ou du muesli non croustillant.

Leuk verblijf, schoon en kleinschalig hotel. Kamer modern ingericht, sanitair is hier en daar aan een opknapbeurt toe, goed schoon (plint in het toiletgedeelte bevatte een laagje stof en wat haren), bed lag zeer comfortabel, eenzijdig (raamzijde) gekraak als je erop wilt gaan liggen. Gratis gebruik van de minibar (denk dat dit te maken had met een storing in het elektronische deurvergrendelingsysteem van de hotelkamers. In de voorwaarden is het gebruik van de minibar nl. excl.). Ligging hotel perfect overal dichtbij, je kunt alles te voet doen (restaurant, bezienswaardigheden). Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, heeft de storing in het elektronische vergrendelsysteem van de slaapkamers prima opgelost door met de gasten mee te lopen naar hun kamers (vermoeiend voor hun, maar was even niet anders). Ontbijt was divers Franse en overige Europese elementen. Fijn dat er overal stond aangegeven wat het was, vers geperste fruitsappen. Parkeren is mogelijk, vooraf bij de receptie melden om een parkeerkaart op te halen (parkeergarage is nog geen 2 minuten rijden vd locatie). Wij hebben van deze optie geen gebruik gemaakt, maar van de parkeergarage onder het centrum 24 h parkeren kostte ons € 28, tov € 18 van het hotel geldt vanaf 1 uur voor inchecktijd tot 1 uur na inchecktijd. Kortom fijn verblijf. Kom graag terug bij het Best Western Why hotel en in Lille.
