CONVENIENCE AND VALUE”
Frequently hotel rates at properties close to an airport are inflated, compared to hotels in other areas of a city. It was wonderful to find the Best Western PLUS Tucson Airport Hotel which has the convenience of being a stone's throw from the airport AND reasonable rates. I was in Tucson to find an apartment to move into when we immigrate to The States and spent 6 nights at the Best Western. I was very comfortable........a minor point, there was no comforter on the bed which was great for me (too hot!). Also, I had some difficult (for me) copying from my laptop which I couldn't figure out and three of the staff came to my rescue and helped me get what I needed. I asked if I could pay them something for their help and was told, "No. No. It's part of what we do." The grounds at the hotel are well kept and they were busy putting up Holiday decorations which looked very nice. Breakfast was included with the room and I would say it was O.K........cereals, scrambled eggs, etc.

Property is a it old, but everything is running smoothly. From the arrival, check in process, ample parking space, all goes very smoothly. Room space is ideal, i bring 3 big luggages and 2 carry-on. Not a problem at all

Found a bug in the bathroom. Asked them to remove it and spray the room down, they didn’t do either. On my last day, I woke up to a swollen shut eye, I was bit by a bug!

We checked in for our stay and everything seemed nice the first desk person was very nice and helpful, we got to our room and the room looked nice and clean but when we went to sleep I was woken up by my fiancee who told me she was itchy and had small red bumps all over her and that's when I noticed I had them too and that I was also itchy I pulled the sheets off the bed and seen a few bed bugs on the mattress and at that time I called the front desk and I asked to switch rooms hr offered me a room right next door to the room that had the bed bugs and when I got to the front desk I asked if we could just be refunded and he very rudely told me that maintenance would have to do an expection and that if they found any they would refund us and that he couldn't just refund us because he wasn't sure if we already had the bumps on us and where just trying to get a free night stay so at that point we checked out and we noticed they had a couple cans of bed bug spray sitting on a table in the b

My family and I stayed here for 1 night as we were heading home to Texas. The lobby looked cleaned and even had some cute holiday decorations. Once you get into the hallway you will start to notice the filthy carpet with a strong odor penetrating through. It was absolutely disgusting! The carpet in the rooms is not any better. The hotel itself is old and is just being patched up to keep it from falling apart. The door to our restroom did not have a lock. If you are traveling with small children find another place. The area around the hotel had guest lingering around the back entrance that were smoking, drinking, and listening to loud music. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was your usual continental breakfast which was ok. I will not be staying here again. FYI if you are handicapped or have luggage be prepared to haul it across the hotel because there is only one elevator that is located at the corner of one wing.

部屋もアメリカの中流ホテルとしては十分満足。 ベッドも良い感じ。 お湯が出るまでに若干時間がかかったが、バスタブがあるのはGoodでした。 中庭のプールも清潔で落ち着く。 朝食はビュッフェタイプですが、おいしかったです。 受付の方々もフレンドリーでした。 良い旅ができました。 ありがとう。
