Solo Trip 3 nights in the heart of Sedona”
Excellent hotel. Yes it is a older hotel that was recently remodeled but the remodel is nice. Free breakfast , hot breakfast every morning with eggs, sausage, potatoes plus pastries like bagels. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the views. They have free yoga and mediation every morning by the pool, which I enjoyed. The room was decorated nicely. I wish it had a microwave but that was the only downside. You get a decent fridge and a Keurig. I loved being on the second floor with the shared balcony. I was there three nights and I never had anyone else on the balcony with me but it has a nice couch to sit on and enjoy the views with your coffee or night cocktail! The pool and hot tub I would probably only give two stars it really just needs to be torn out and redone. But it was okay. That wasn’t the reason I was going to stay at the hotel but a pool can be a big feature to Lure someone to somewhere nicer. but you’re gonna have to pay the difference. Weekend in Sedona”
My wife and I decided to get out of town and do a weekend road trip. Having not explored much of AZ we ended up in Sedona. This hotel met all of our needs- Very cool layout with great views of the mountains, comfortable room with powerful AC, and a small hot breakfast included. Bonus that we didn’t know prior was a morning Yoga class (Thurs- Sun). We always look to reviews when finalizing a place to stay- We both said we would stay here again.

Great location on the main street but far enough away to have quiet rooms, close to all the restaurants, activities, hiking/biking trails, etc. Rooms were very quiet with black out shades and clean. Would definitely stay here again...rate was a little expensive but it was spring break so it was to be expected.

Lovely hotel with the best mountain view. My balcony is spacious with amazingly beautiful nature. Room and lobby are newly renovated. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is convenient and well-loacyed as we got picked up and dropped off from a tour company. Simple breakfast but enough to get you going.

We stayed at the BW Inn of Sedona for my daughter's wedding. The hotel was lovely and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute of our visit. The staff was outstanding and the breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from.

The location , views and staff were wonderful ! The 3 star rating is based on the fact that the gym is just a little cubby with a tiny high window and barely anything to work out. Also no lights in the pool it’s self so very dark water at night and no jets of any worth in the spa. The waters temperatures were lovely through. The rooms were comfy and clean and the views amazing. The staff were great with their services and friendly …. Very helpful!

Great location. Amazing views! Great restaurant and seating area. Beautiful current decor. Air conditioner in room was old and didn’t cool off very well. Pool area needs to be updated like the hotel lobby. The pool was clean but needs to be larger and more updated to match the rest of the hotel.

It rained the majority of our visit but the views from the upper deck were absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed relaxing in the lobby/bar area. The spa and pool were under renovations during our stay (in March) but overall we really liked the accommodations and location.

The room was not clean thoroughly, our coffee cups had bug and trash inside of them, The door to the terrace was really hard to lock. The wall was so thin that you could hear alarm from the next door and someone started or locked their car which disturbed our sleep. The swimming pool could have been clean after hours because it was dirty in the morning. Breakfast was poor quality, especially eggs, bacon and hash browns. They were cold when served. There should have been one more hand sanitizer next to food station, however, well done for food packaging due to COVID 19.. However, we did enjoy the view and staff was friendly and helpful.

False advertising. Picture and described view wasn’t what we received. Far too expensive ”
When we checked in were told the bathroom sink was a slow drain. It didn’t drain at all and then turned out to have a leak. In the middle of the night when I got up to use the restroom I slipped. I reported the incident the next morning. They didn’t even care not did they even try to make me a happy customer and acted as if they didn’t care if I’d ever return anyway. We had to brush our teeth and clean up in the shower since the sink was full of water.
