Always have a warm welcome from very friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small, but they are very quiet and very comfortable. The amenities are very generous and practical - coffee, Wifi and powerful shower.

The room is very nice and big enough. Locate at Auber Station which is an interchange station, convenient. I was carrying a large luggage, I spend about 10 minutes walk to the hotel from station. It’s a little bit hard for me. Close to Lafayette and Printemps. Airport bus stop is close to hotel.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Apart from that, location was amazing as it was just a 5-10 minute walk to La Fayette. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect and the staff was really friendly. Kendra the receptionist Made a reservation at a restaurant for us and helped us getting around during the public transport strike which was really helpful and Made our stay even more pleasant. Definitely recommend the hotel!

Marco at reception gave me welcome wine bottle on arrival, Very nice breakfast lady attendant welcome you with nice morning greeting, Market is nearby to buy anything you need. Secured facility. Daily our room is arranging and clean and toiletries are renewed when we are back in evening room is set to sleep. You ask anything and reception will solve your problems I forget my shaving kit they provide me immediately. Lady at reception ( I forget to ask name) booked taxi for me and even come to drop us outside which is first time I saw someone is very caring for leaving guest at hotel door. Nice staff. Thanks for all for giving us nice stay.

The staff is super nice and helpful. We checked in at about 12:00pm and our room was not available yet, they upgraded us to a suite without charge. The only down side was no lift on 5/F, we needed to take the stairs from 4/F to 5/F which was not a big deal for us. The location is great, it is only 5 min walk to Printemps and train / subway station.

Our room number 504 is like 3 other once on the 5th floor. Our hotel was build in 1895 and during the different renovations we tried to make going the lift farer than the 4th floor, but this was not possible. If you go to the 5th floor please dont hesitate to ask us to help you with the bags ! Once you are there, the rooms are really comfortable and quiet. A nice quant little hotel with everything you need. Was surprised at the size of the room - bigger than what I was thinking for downtown Paris. Lots of good, reasonable food places nearby, and the staff were absolutely fantastic! Also, we didn’t try the breakfast until the last day, but we’ll worth it for the $16 euros. You’d be hard pressed to find a breakfast like that for that amount anywhere around Paris!

Hôtel avec belles chambres, bien équipé. Superficie de la chambre très bien. Seul bemol un petit manque d’insonorisation (télé du voisin qui s’entendait bien). Cafetière nespresso appréciable. Petit déjeuner très bon et bien fourni, nourriture de qualité. Hôtel situé à 2 pas de gare st lazare, et bien situé pour rayonner sur paris
