It was the least expensive chain hotel that came with "free" breakfast near central Phoenix. I had coffee, potatoes and muffins and a small pre-made egg and cheese omlete for breakfast. I also made fresh waffles from the handy mix in the waffle maker. They provided the kind of sausage that I got with an "English breakfast", served all over the UK, not as spicy as I like, but liked them well to eat 3. They had other things available as well, but that was enough for me. It's set back a bit from the frontage road, so you don't hear the freeway noise, but it has a small sign by the exit and a large sign out front on the frontage road so you can find it. I would call it easy to off and back onto I-17. The air conditioner worked well, if a bit noisy. Maybe it had to work extra hard in August. It was still over 100º F when we arrived after dark and already about 95º F when we left at about 9 AM go meet our daughter. For our friends in Europe, that's about 37º C and 35º C respectively.

Best place to stay with family if you enjoy swimming and eating breakfast. They have a morning hot breakfast compared to the other hotels that just offers cold cereal.

After staying at another place and having a not so great experience I checked into Best Western. Im a clean freak and the rooms were very clean and well kept! The maids do a really amazing job! The front desk staff all were very friendly and helpful. After asking if I could extend my stay they were super helpful and made it quick and simple. I would definitely recommend this place.

We chose this place strictly on location, proximity to Rose Moffert Park, literally across the street. Pleasantly surprised with cleanliness and updated rooms. We had a kitchenette and fridge and breakfast all included in price. For the price...as good as it gets.

Would stay there again”

Breakfast was good, outside sitting area by the pool was great, having a smoking area was a nice surprise. We spent 4 nights there and the staff was amazing. There was 4 of us and the room we got was with 2 beds and a sofa couch, it was large enough to fit us all comfortably.

Dumpy, smoky rooms in run down property.”

Dumpy location with overflowing garbage cans, sharpee warning on vending machine there are no refunds, unfinished patches on the wall, cigarette holes in the comforter and sparsely stocked breakfast. Pass this dump up and stay anywhere else.
