Wonderful, but suites are loud and some building maintenance needed”
We had a wonderful time there, but you should note that if you are only renting one half of a suite, the doors between the two rooms have ZERO sound insulation. We were kept up into late hours of the night by a raucous wedding party. Luckily, the staff were very helpful and moved us into a quieter room for the next night. Unfortunately, in that room, the bathtub drain had a crack in the pipe, flooding part of our room. But they promptly moved us to a new room before fixing the pipe, and we greatly enjoyed the rest of our stay. Heated pool, cafe with inexpensive, good food yards from our door, good exercise room....what more could you ask?

I've stayed here several times recently and was happy with our rooms. This time however i paid over $600 for a suite with 1 bed, kitchen and jacuzzi in room and since rooms weren't clean I ended up with 2 room suite, 2 beds, no couch, no jacuzzi, very tiny kitchen but 2 microwaves and 2 refrigerators. I am staying here alone and dont need 2 of anything!? Also big huge black spider on bathroom floor,unsure if its alive or not...and strange thumping noises coming from under kitchen sink at random times and it's not easy 2 sleep. So I'll be asking 2 change rooms in the morning. I'm sure they will make my stay better as it's always been pleasant before.

Good value, great staff”
Room was clean and spacious. Our unit had a mini fridge, microwave and burners. We stayed for two days. The gave us complimentary bottle of water and mints on bed. Nice extra touches I wasn't expecting. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Social hour had two free drinks. We would stay again. The staff was very kind and pleasant. It made a difference.

My brother and I stayed one night in a two queen room on the first floor. Pros: Both staff members I met at the desk were friendly, polite, professional, and helpful. Room was clean, the facilities functioned. A simple room that got the job done and served its purpose of giving us a place to sleep for the night. Cons: I wasn't expecting the motel-like layout, as our room led directly outside. There was some outside noise from people socializing on the patio, and I was feeling a little unsafe. Also, the outer layer of our curtains would not shut all the way, so I had to safety pin them together to give us some privacy. There were some minor cleanliness-related annoyances, including a mysterious bobby pin left on the floor and an empty coffee package that hadn't been replaced since at least the last guests there. The room appeared to have been through a lot as the bathroom furnishings in particular had some noticeable wear (primarily aesthetic). Overall, a good-enough experience.

I agree with other reviews that this place is just receiving a face lift but many things are non functional. They couldn't get the phone in my room to work during my stay, closet doors off hinges and poor room design. The only thing I enjoyed was the pool.

Booked a suite and was given a double queen room. No actual bar or restaurant on site. Pool was cold. Sheets were not changed the 8 days we stayed. Staff unpleasant. The worst BW I've stayed at.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal hier und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist einladend. Das Frühstück ist überdurchnittlich an Auswahl. Gut ist aber die Soziale Stunde von 17:00 bis ca. 19:00 Uhr, es gibt kostenlos Getränke und einen kleinen Snack. Wir haben auf diese Weise viele nette Leute kennengelernt und haben diese Zeit auch immer wahrgenommen. Auch dieses Hotel werden wir immer wieder gern buchen.
