Great hotel in a perfect location!”

This hotel was absolutely amazing beautifully lit up with sparkling lights at night. The hotel pool had a great view of the mountains and the hot tub was nice too although there were no Jets just bubblers.... that was really my only complaint from the entire stay. The rooms or nice and clean pretty standard but the beds were comfortable and that's all that matters in my book. Breakfast was good pretty much your standard fare but they would put cheese and salsa sometimes cooked green chile sauce for your eggs which was a nice touch. Staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the foyer and you can eat breakfast in front of it as well if you're traveling with kids they had some games you could play. The free bike rentals were really nice we rode bikes to Glenwood Hot Springs one day.... so you technically could walk to Glenwood Hot Springs or Iron Mountain Hot Springs so close! All in all we had a great time and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Comfortable and well located”

this hotel was perfect for our family of 4 with two teenagers. three beds in two rooms makes everyone happy, and costs lots less than getting two rooms. clean, updated rooms with all the amenities needed. indoor hot tub a nice feature, plus laundry facilities. "continental breakfast" turned out to include the belgian waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, whole fruit, cereals, yogurt and breads of all kinds. easy walk to the curio shop, hot springs pool, and downtown glenwood.

Disappointing”

I've stayed here often over the last 30 years and will probably not be back. The redecorated room was nicely done but the mattress was as solid as a brick with very little give or support, the room had a sour smell like a men's locker room and the through-the-wall heating unit was very noisy even at the low fan speed setting. The staff on duty when I checked in was indifferent at best. The male could barely tear his eyes off the TV in the lobby and the young lady did the bear minimum when I checked in; no hello, welcome to the Antlers, do you need any directions, enjoy your stay, etc.

This place is great to stay at I give it all 5 stars ... very very friendly staff to make your stay the best and it has clean rooms and they even allowed dogs... and we all know how the free breakfast is, but not this place the breakfast was really good. The location is great too... overall wonderful place too stay...

Excellent”

Excellent hotel for location and size of the room. This was the BIGGEST hotel room I've ever stayed in. The size of the room was particularly handy with all our ski gear we had with us. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Excellent”

I booked this room for a friend of mine who was traveling for business. I booked it through Agoda but when he arrived there he was told that my card was declined, which wasn't true. The person at the desk was trying to put it through for more $ than was authorized through this site. I had the same problem with another site as well. I think Agoga (and all 3rd party booking sites) need to address this issue with all vendors, as the additional hassle of calling the booking site, going thru the maze of prompts is really time consuming.

Colorado trip”

WE were visiting our son for the first time in Colorado. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was great, we walked every where in town. Also easy on and off the interstate.

It is a great location, easy to map out, rooms are up to date and are very nice in general! Very impressed! Staff here is very respectful, interactive and kind! Overall a very nice place and worth every penny!

Excellent”

The hotel was great, the continental breakfast was amazing and their kitchen staff was so friendly and helpful. Now, their only problem is one of their front desk workers, Sandy. We brought a service dog with us and she had the audacity to call me and tell me that our dog was not a service dog and that she was going to charge for it. I don’t know what this lady thinks she knows but she was so disrespectful to dare tell us we were lying. In the end the hotel didn’t charge us because we spoke to another front desk person (a male) and he was so kind to listen to our complaint and help us. But just to know that this lady dared say something like that to us was completely unacceptable. Also her attitude while telling us was the worst. I would say the hotel is great and would be even better if she wasn’t there.

Expensive for what you get”

Stayed two nights two adults 3 kiddos. 900 for two nights. Rooms were not cleaned as what they say they are. No housekeeping at all the time we were there. You could hear every single thing from the other rooms. Definitely would not stay here again
