Nice Experience”

Hotel is only a few miles from airport, good to stay here as the rooms are comfortable and offered with a reasonable price. From other reviews we know that the breakfast here is good but due to early flight we were not able to try it out. We plan to come back to Orlando with a bigger family, we will stay in this hotel again.

Close to airport with free shuttle”

Stayed 2 nights here. Near Orlando Mall and playground for children in 1 mile distance. Good to stay if you want near airport.

Rest stop after travelling 25 hours”

I used the hotel as a rest stop after travelling 25 hours before the final few hours of my journey. It was close to the airport and had a free shuttle bus. At the airport they have a free phone to the hotel so I didn't need to worry about using my phone or finding the phone number to order the shuttle. They have a free breakfast and workout room and there's a Waffle House right next door if you are after a quick meal. The only negative was the rooms aren't very sound proof. I could hear people talking in the hall and in the room next door quite clearly. It didn't bother me too much because I was exhausted but I can imagine it might be annoying if you are a light sleeper.

Super nice Staff, facilities are old but clean, noise was unbearabel”

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Best Western for one night. We arrived around midnight. The shuttle service worked well and the check-in receptionist was very professional and fast. I understand that this is not the hotel's fault but I still think they could have sent security or somebody to resolve this issue. There was a screaming couple on our floor who got checked in into the wrong room and at 1:30 AM let the entire floor know. They were rude, loud and even knocked on everybody's door to let the guests know that the reception made a mistake. This went on until almost 2 AM in the morning. When I confronted the reception the next day with this matter, they offered me a 25$ voucher and told me that it is not the hotel's fault. We went there to have a good night sleep which we certainly did not get. I am not sure if we were unlucky or if this happens on a regular basis. The doors and walls are certainly very thin so I would recommend to bring some good earplugs.

Close to airport and freindly staff”

The hotel is close to airport and hire car depots We were late arriving at the hotel and only stayed a few hours the hotel is clean and tidy with very helpful staff. They have a hotel ..airport shuttle with is helpful.The breakfast area gets very busy during this period as this hotel must be popular with travellers.We would stay at this hotel on our return to Orlando

Very near the airport”

We liked our stay in this hotel. It is very near the airport so very convenient for passengers arriving late at night. The breakfast was good. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

STAY WAS GOOD. CLOSE TO AIRPORT. INTERNET WAS FAST. FRIENDLY STAFF. BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE BUT OK. ROOM IS BIG AND CLEAN. BED IS BIG AND COMFY. RATE IS ABIT PRICEY BUT OVERALL STAY IS OK. NO PROBLEMS

Musty”

The room smelled musty. But the bed was comfy. There was a big stain on the carpet, but otherwise seemed clean. The hotel felt cheaper than I expected for a Best Western.

Expensive for what the hotel offered”

For the amount we paid ($149), the only good thing was its location near the airport given that we landed after midnight. Our first bad impression was to be told that the free airport shuttle just stopped at 12:45am when we called the hotel at 12:50am, while the web site said the last shuttle was 1am. Checking in was smooth and the staff was helpful, but upon entering the room, we came across bad smell from the air conditioner. We thought it was something like wet clothes (trying not to think it might be mold). The carpet did not feel clean. Breakfast was OK since we didn't expect much anyway but it would have been nicer if more food was prepared given the large crowd at the hotel, e.g., whole milk and pancakes ran out at before 9am. Overall, we weren't satisfied with the $149 paid for the night.

It is a bit far from downtown, but very nice and clean”

It is far from downtown, but you can buy a 10-ride-ticket for the train ($65) and they have a shuttle to the train station in Itasca. It is very clean, staff is very friendly. It has no Wi-Fi in the room (you have to pay $10 for slow 24h Wi-Fi). It has free Wi-Fi in the lobby and also the bar, but it is not that fast. But all in all a good choice.

Exceptional”

Everything was perfect. The only thing that happened is that the Room services let my door open while i was gone.. Front desk was nice.

Poor and unfriendly reception”

Arrived at the hotel for very late (01::00 am) check in as planned and prearranged through Agoda. Reception clerk could not find my Agoda confirmed reservation eve though I provided him with a copy. The reception clerk went to explain that happens when reservations are made through third party booking agencies such as Agoda instead of directly with the hotel. I explained that I had booked often before through Agoda with no such problem. In the past...The clerk’s first response was that he could not change anything on my confirmation but after some further discussion, he was able to provide me with a room at the same agreed upon Agoda quoted rate. Upon arriving to my room, the keys that the reception clerk gave me were not properly coded and I had to go back down to the reception desk to get them properly coded....All this to say that what should have been a simple and quick check in turned out to be long and stressful given the time of the checkin with an rally checkout in the morning

good value near airport”

cannot fault this place really, only stayed one night but everything worked and place was clean and staff friendly, fast food places and 7-11 walking distance and a bar also ( not fancy but a cold beer is all you want sometimes! )

All that we needed”

Front desk people were very helpful. From dealing with a mistake by Agoda, to arranging transport, to safety box use the front desk people were always pleasant. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and a great start to the day.
