Took the deluxe seaview room which was very big. Breakfast was good, bed very comfy and shower pressure very good. The staff were very friendly. We checked in late by half hour and they allowed us to check out late by half hour as well. Excellent location near to lots of eating places and shops. Duty free shopping center is just directly opposite the hotel.

Perfect location, everything is available within walking distance. Very convenient for our family with little kids. The room is spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, fast service and always smiling. The food is tasty, and come in big portion. The kids enjoyed their time at the pool and the beach. We will come again in future 🙂

Overall no problem. Clean and comfort. Love the place in front of the beach. Near the shop. Parking no problem a bit far because need park the car at Langgura Baron. I and husband love to walk so no problem. We had a candlelight dinner in front of the resort. We will come again and visit Langkawi. Thanks!

Great spot right on the beach....clean and friendly staff. Nice smaller pool on the beach. Nice location on the beach in the middle of the town. Breakfast was ok ...had better had worse, but for the room price a good value.

As per my previous review. This is on behalf of friends I booked for. They said give it 5 stars. Like me they just loved 11 blissful days in the seaview rooms. Although the weather wasn't the best it was still lovely with a lovely room to look out into the stormy weather. Would come back for sure.

nice location, very strategic located at middle Chenang beach road.This hotel infront of duty free shop,foodstall, cafe, just a little step to Starbuck, KFC, Subway. Parking for customer provided ,althought at other site.but its ok for me since its provived should be most ok. nice room, staff so friendly, have provide spa or massage shop at ground floor. Definitely will come again!

- Nice sea view - Convenient location - One of the hotel cafe staff (Short Malay Guy among the rest) was rude. On 11/2, we went back to hotel after island hopping. We wanted to ask for hot water to cook instant noodle cup and enjoy at the cafe bar counter.The first waiter who served us said that we could have hot water so we sat down and started opening instant noodle cups. While we’re opening, another waiter(whom I want to complain) passed by and rudely told us that we couldn’t have the hot water if we didn’t order anything(as if we want to take advantage of the cafe).But the truth is that we had waited for approximately 15minutes but no one came to serve us. After that, I asked a waitress where is the restaurant manager and she said that she's not sure, maybe in the office. I think maybe someone told the waiter(whom I want to complain) that I was searching for the manager, so he hid in the bar counter until I left.

Like the room eventough bathroom a bit dull. not enough lights. Me and my hubby is not a fussy couple. As long as the bedsheet is clean, enough pillow, mattress is hard, bathroom is clean, towel is clean, we happ with it.. We really enjoy our holidays. Dun expect for 5 star service guys..

Basic hotel, a good price. Very clean and an awesome location! Breakfast could be topped up more regularly as each morning they were very slow refill empty food selections. Had to change rooms to get better A/C - but once that was sorted it was all fine.
