I enjoyed my stay in Bespoke. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The location is ideal as it sits in Setia Walk that has many restaurants and also surrounded by local food centres. Parking was a breeze too! Will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again during my next visit to Puchong, KL.

i enjoy so much staying here in bespoke. the location is great, the staff is so caring which help me to freeze my baby food & ice brick since there are no freezer in the hotel room. they send me the baby food every day after i call them. the hotel room is spacious & clean. i get this accommodation for great price by shop.com and get shop points too! highly recommended hotel!

Horribly NICE”

I booked the hotel to celebrate our 10th anniversary with my husband. My husband has made some pre arrangements and lo and behold, bespoke delivered with flying colors. They even provided complimentary cakes to celebrate our 10th anniversary. All in all,will be coming back for a second stay and will most definitely recommend to firends. Oh hats off to the staffs too for accommodating to my husband since he is disabled.

I booked on the wrong date and no amendments allowed via apps. Tried to call Agoda many times but can't reach to someone. Bespoke hotel staff is so helpful and finally I get the problem solved. Really appreciate their help.

Big Clean Rooms”

It's right in the heart of Puchong. Nice big rooms, easy check-in, check-out. Comfy bed, a couple of extra pillows would have been nicer. Heater in the bath didn't quite work well so the water wasn't up to the temp. we wanted but it's fine. Near to the MRT, Near to IOI Mall Puchong. About a hour away from the airport. Overall satisfied, will stay again.

Worth for value stay in Puchong”

Comfortable stay in Puchong, large room size and bathroom with good value pricing, located in Setiawalk, few minutes away from Puchong main business district and free parking provided to guests.

The bed for this hotel is very comfortable.The room is very clean and spacious. We love this hotel very much, definitely will come back if travel to Kuala Lumpur next time.

This is a new hotel and the location is suitable to me as I’m leaving to airport while can meet up friends in Puchong town. It is very convenient to me with the stores surrounded the hotel. This will be my first choice If I wanna to stay nearby Puchong area.

No complains for this price and location”

Inside Setiawalk, where mamak food is right downstairs and shopping and cinema is right outside. Bank / ATM is only Affin Bank but close by. Tesco is right opposite, and Setiawalk is in Puchong Center but quiet at night. Price is just nice, at RM130 per night. Room size is quite big.

Excellent Stay with Value!”

Sound proof as I am a light sleeper. The room is new, clean, and spacious. Bathroom is big and new as well. They have plenty of basement parking spots for hotel guests. Located at Setia Walk means you have access to Cinemas, Convenient Stores, and bars at night. The room has a fantastic night view of Puchong. Service is 5 stars, staffs are well mannered, and all my room services arrived in less than 10mins! I’d definitely be coming back here.

value for money stay, good location, nearby to Tesco Puchong and IOI Mall. Hotel parking a bit confused for 1st timer since need to turn exactly in front of mamak shop, once you missed the turn then you have to go one round, Other than that everything seem to be very good.

Value for money stay, near to Tesco Puchong and IOI Mall. Clean and tidy. Anyway for 1st timer the entering or assess to hotel parking may be an issue since the turn in a little bit confuse, once you miss the turn then you need make one round. Other than that all is ok.

Good location”

Spacious and clean room, great location if you exploring Puchong area. however if you a light sleeper, you can request room not facing the road, as the sound proof not really good. And if put another 2 pillows in the room then will be better.

Pros: comfy, spacious and clean room. Hotel near to MRT station and shopping malls. Will stay here again if I go to Puchong.
