Amazing stay. The sunset views, food, drinks and attentiveness from staff was superb! We only stayed one night but also a requested our luggage to remain for an extra evening while we ventured to Khao Sok National Park overnight. The tram here went above and beyond to take care of us and we even hired their van service to continue our vacation to Krabi. Thank you Belong Jin Dam Resort for an exceptional stay! BEST HOTEL IN SURATTHANI”

I booked 4 rooms for 8ppl and it's pretty much private because it's the long pool that join all the room together just like in the picture except the real view are much more beautiful. We were so tired and wet from the waterfall we have visited before checked in and they greet us very nice and very quick for checking in. It's a new, small hotel with the enormous view! very quite area and close to the dam. Altho you need a private car to go around suratthani or else the hotel has activities and services you can book. Breakfast wasn't big but enough in the morning. Food there also really nice and price is good. the bartender make a really tasty cocktail so don't miss out! will definitely go back! ps. make sure you book a room with a mountain view and it will be all great!

Excellent Mountain View near Dam”

Belong Jin recently opened. Room is perfect, direct access to Pool. We had a good Thai dinner at the Restaurant, they offer also Western dishes. Staff very friendly. By end of year they plan to offer bike rental. Area has nice SEPERATED bike roads. The Dam and EGAT area is a must see, as is Khao Sok.

An Oasis with Infinty Pool with world class view. ”

This is a literal oasis on the high slopes of the down stream valley below Ratchaprapa Dam. There are only three blocks consisting of about 5 rooms each facing out into the valley both sides of the dam. The view here is world class. Absolutely stunning and from either of the front two blocks at least, it's uninterrupted 180°. From the very moment you arrive the service is first class, resort style. Welcome drinks and a golf cart to the room. The hotel is almost new at the time of writing and very well designed architecturally. Split level with a huge bed with very soft, probably Egyptian cotton sheets. The side facing the valley is glass and doors lead out onto a balcony with direct access to an infinity pool. This is the real wow factor with this place. To be able to get from your bed to an infinity pool with such a view in 4 strides is amazing. There is a restaurant and bar with good food and great cocktails. The owners have done an amazing job creating this stunning place.

Amazing views of surrounding hills”

The location of Belong Jin offers the most amazing views towards the cliffs and hillsides surrounding the lake and dominating the countryside, including the famous Heart Mountain. The views from the poolside villas give you an uninterrupted view of the palm and rubber trees all the way up to the distant mountains. From the terrace you can relax and watch the most beautiful sunsets in Thailand. The hotel and facilities are clean and modern, the staff friendly and eager to please. The food menu is quite wide ranging and the food quality very good. A perfect location for a relaxing break, or even to stop and break the journey for travelers heading further south as it is only a few kilometers off the main highway heading south to Krabi and Phuket. Already looking forward to our next stay there!

Fantastic stay ”

We decided to stay there after visiting the river side hotel 3 km away where we had confirmed bookings. ( it cost me the first night but we still decided to move to Belong In rather than staying at the river side hotel ) Everything at Belong was perfect from the reception we had till the minute we left . The attention to detail is amazing , for exemple all 4 of us received our diner plates at the same time , a rare event in Thailand ! All staff were always helpful and smiling. The room itself was perfect, bed very comfortable and the view of the range of mountain was superbe ! If you plan to be in this area stop your search now and book this place.

Fantastic hotel ”

Only stayed here for 2 nights while visiting friends, fantastic hotel with fantastic views. Easy check in welcome drinks on arrival. Room was very spacious and super clean. The pool access from the room was great along with the infinity pool. Breakfast was good,We ate there 1 evening and the food was very good. The service really good all the staff were very friendly and helpful always smiling. I would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be back next time I visit the Dam.

Very nice hotel and view, very friendly staff ”

Good location to have stopover night before or after go to the Dam. It's very close to Dam. Hotel is located on very nice view. Swimming pool is good and fun for whole family. Staff are very nice, and friendly. Room is good. Nice and comfort room.

Nice view, close to attractions, attention to detail”

Though we only stayed one night, it was a very good hotel with lovely view, great location just 10 minutes from the boat trips on Chiew Lan dam as well as other attractions nearby. Room was very clean, large, comfortable. For a hotel that is not super large, there were things that showed they paid attention to detail. Staff were helpful, informative, attentive.

Probably the nicest resort in the Chiew Lan lake area ”

If you want a resort on par with something you would find in a more tourist developed area like Phuket or Bangkok, then this place seems to be the only option for the area. Great views of the mountains and forests from the resort, along with clean, spacious rooms. Nice breakfast area which hosts live music and a fun place to drink in the evening. Big pool too. My only critique would be that for the price we paid I was expecting a nice soft mattress, but instead it’s one of those rockhard Thai mattresses. So I didn’t sleep that great, but everything else was fine.

Very nice hotel”

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was great. The room was just awesome. Breakfast was ok. The location is very beautiful. Stunning views. Close to the dam and the temple with the scary bridge. A must visit. I would love to come back and stay longer.

Perfect way to end a trip!”

The staffing here is amazing. Always bringing us free fresh fruit or water. We were sitting at a bigger table and offered to move seats for another party as it was only two of us. The staff politely declined and easily catered to the other party. The shop keeper bought us a free drink for our kindness. I have no complaints about this resort. Stunning veiw. Good food. The staff was also very accommodating to helping us book taxis. I would reccomend this resort to anyone. Truly was beyond our expectations. I can’t say enough good things about this resort!

Almost to good to be true”

I liked this hotel, I really liked it a lot. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help, every time we returned to the hotel they met us with a cold drink. The restaurant served good food in the evening and the breakfast was adequate although the coffee wasn't up to much. The room was a lovely design with gorgeous views and direct access to the pool which was shared with 4 other rooms. If your bothered about wifi the signal was strong through out the complex. The downsides. (Room 107). There was no hot water in our room apparently according to the maintenance man it was completely broken. The Aircon was very noisy at night & there was no bulb in the bedside lamp. The room itself was very clean but the balcony was covered in Geko poo. Would I stay here again? Yes if I had hot water and the Aircon was fixed.

Pure bliss”

The staff treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived presenting us with cold juice and fresh fruits. Our room was pure paradise we never left. The view is stunning and the pool perfect. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Drinks and dinner at the hotel restaurant were also fabulous. The most memorable part of our stay was the staff and their thoughtfulness. My husband and I were cycle touring and upon our departure they chased us down with cold water bottles for our trip, literally hopped on their moped to find us and bring us water. So thoughtful! Thank you to all the special staff!!

Absolutely wonderful new hotel”

Stayed for one night while only while traveling, and it was SUCH a comfortable night! Our room opened right up onto a beautiful pool that looked out over the mountains. The room was incredibly clean, the staff were extremely attentive, and they even got up earlier than normal to make sure we were able to eat breakfast before we started our travels the next day! Loved our stay here, would recommend 100%.

Amazing view & staff”

We had the room with direct acces to the pool. The view was stunning. Clean and nice room and swimmingpool. The food is very good, and reasonable prices. With free cold water. Great cocktails too. The staff is very friendly en will do everything to make you comfortable. It is very special. This is a little gem.

Great views, quiet and beautiful location. Very nice big rooms with pool access. Good food options and excellent value for cocktails during happy hour. Very friendly and helpful stuff. From smaller issues: ants in the room ( a lot of them), no sun beds or pool towels on the terrace and not amazing breakfast (no choice or options). Overall would definitely recommend for other guests!

i have travelled to a countless countries and stayed in countless hotels but never ever experienced such a lovely welcoming staff like that, when you book in this hotel what you buy is the SERVICE, staff is so unbelievable. they would do anything and everything to make your stay comfortable. the Room is big and have access to infinity pool on mountain view, shower and bed pretty good. they have a restaurant and bar serves high quality food. definitely i would go there again and again and again. highly recommended.
