Beautiful location and friendly staff”
We had a really good stay at Beck's Resort. The room was large and clean though could do with a bit of modernization. The staff were great, giving us advice on activities and a free lift to the ferry terminal. The food at the restaurant is good though a little expensive. The best thing about Beck's is the unbelievable view from the room and the private beach. It was really peaceful. The resort is a bit far from anywhere and taxis in Koh Phangan can be expensive. The cleaners are efficient, but won't take no for an answer if you don't want your room cleaned! Overall, though, we had a lovely time.

Worth it! ”
Beck's Resort is a great little place to stay on Koh Pha Ngan. Me and a couple of friends stayed here for the full moon party and the days before and it was spot on! The staff are helpful and happy the food/burgers are amazing and the room was pretty great too especially as it was cleaned every day along with a bottle of water and fresh towels too. The little beach spot is very nice and if you walk about 5 minutes down the road there is a fantastic English pub The Masons Arms (no gimmick just the real thing). I would recommend staying here to everyone the only annoying thing I can think of was the flys but I think that was the season tbh. Also they have lots of birds and 2 adorable little owls. Great place stay there!

Friendly environment”
We visited Koh Phangan for the Bikeweek in Thong Sala and for the Full Moon Party, so the location of Beck's was quite convenient. The staffs was very friendly and helpful, particularly the girl from Penang, Valentina. The food at the cafe was actually good and reasonably priced. Which made us ended up eating at the resort more than the restaurants outside. Got the standard fan room- good rate, clean, quite pretty (much better looking than the more expensive air-condition chalets). It can get pretty noisy at night with the neighbors, but you cant complain much coz it's a party island. If I visit Phangan again, I will consider staying at Beck's again.

Nice resort with cool beach bar”
We've been travelling Thailand for 4 weeks now and this has been our favourite resort. We stayed in a standard fan room and it was totally spotless. They cleaned everyday and left fresh towels and water. The rooms all have a hammock outside which is cool! Only complaints I'd have is that there was no fridge or safety deposit box and the tv had barely any channels, only English one being the news! The actual resort is really nice, they keep the garden and beach areas nice and everywhere is really clean. We loved the decking area on the beach where you can chill on the hammocks and cushions and listen to music. The bar staff are all really friendly too. Food is tasty but quite pricey. There is an otter that runs around the resort which is really cute and geniously named "Otta"! All the staff run around trying to catch him shouting "OTTA OTTA OTTA!!" which is pretty entertaining! We ended up staying here an extra night and then moved to another resort but wished we'd stayed longer at Beck's! The beach is pretty seaweedy and there is barely any water but if u walk to the right a bit then its really pretty walking in the coves and over the rocks. We really liked the beach but it's not really suitable if you want to go swimming!

Perfect location near town, food market and ferry”
i had chosen this resort for the sole purpose of being close to the ferry port for an early next morning departure. i wasn't expecting anything other than convenience. but i was pleasantly surprised. the town of thongsala should be explored for its shopping, temples and of course the nightly food market. the resort was ideally situated for this but in addition had a much nicer feel than expected. the staff were very friendly, and the room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable. if i go back to koh phangan and need to spend time near town i will definitely stay at beck's resort again.

Great hotel with lovely beach view!!”
after staying in bantai resort we went to this beck's resort and it was a big difference in stay as at least here there was a beach! beach is a bit small but at least you can relax and lie down. we also rented a scooter and headed off quiet a few times to haad rin where actually all the fun happens as in full moon party etc. of course when drinking we took the taxi which was only bath....i certainly would recommend this hotel!staff are very friendly and english speaking.enjoy your stay if you're going!

Awesome Service & Great Resort”
my husband and i stayed for 4 nights and every one of those nights were amazing. we had a beachfront room so it was very relaxing the view is great!! the resort has tours, bike rentals, good food for around baht. everything you will need is right there. the wireless wasn't as good probably since we're on the beach front. we both love the service and the resort~ tina is definitely the star on our book~ thank you for the wonderful time beck's resort~ will definitely stay again.

Picturesque location with friendly staff.”
I stayed at Beck's resort with 11 other people in four separate rooms, and they were totally accomodating to our needs. The staff were friendly, with a casual yet professional attitude, the food was of above average standard, and the view of the bay from the back of the resort really must be seen to be believed. Any gripe with the resort is totally minor and not worth mentioning.

Amazing sunsets, nice staff!”
I stayed here for 2 nights a few days after the Full Moon party so it was pretty quiet as a lot of people had left. The place is very chill and relaxing but the swimming is not good. The water is shallow and hot. You can walk around the corner and end up on quiet little beaches that are empty though. The room was big but very basic. They do not give you shampoo, body wash or a hair dryer so don't expect that kind of stuff. There was no mini bar either but the A/C is great and you'll get a good night's sleep. The beach bar and view are why you stay here. Simply breathtaking. The bartender is super friendly and I booked this place after reading reviews saying you will meet good people and they were right! I met some fun people at the bar. Definitely rent a scooter. Also I wish I had stayed on this island -it is way cheaper and more chill than Samui or Phuket. Thumbs up on Beck's!!

Value for money with pool”
Perfectly situated near main village, so we could walk to pier after I returned bike. The sea is quite ok, but I'm not a good swimmer. Music in the restaurant was very well chosen. Another music in the beach bar was much worse and played every evening. Anyway, it was not too loud. My friend could not ride bike and I could not take passenger, but she still had all the infrastructure in walking distance, including new 7-11. The poll was clean, it's bottom wasn't slippery, kayak was in good condition and we were a little late but were not charged for overtime. I lived on Koh Phangan for half a year before and visited it several times for short term, so it is my favourite place for short visits among everything tried before.

Western style cute resort with the best sunset”
I picked this one because its near the pier that we can go diving dining and everything, yet a bit away from all the noise. After a tranquil 5 days at the relaxing Thong Nan Pai beach, beck's give me a feeling of backing to earth when I first moved to here because the restaurant/lounge area is like the bar which I always hang out with friends. Rooms look fine,we got the one right infront the beach which we can hear the waves all night long especially windy nights, romantic but a bit scary for 2 girls.... It's said has the best sunset among the island and it's totally worth the slogan! We got a fantastic sunset view just through our room window! Food and staffs are nice and helpful.And they keep a otter as pet which gave us lots of joy during our stay.. The only regret for me is the beach is toooo shallow to swim and there's no pool. Would be great if there's a pool, so the only things to do are either go far to dive/snorkeling/motorbiking/kayak to the close little island or just hanging out in the beach bar and watching sunset doing nothing..

Nice resort just next to sea”
Beck's is a really nice resort, locates not too far from the main street but at the same time is nice and private. Our sea front bungalow was just few meters away from the beach and sea, so as a first thing we made a little swim every morning after waking up. Room was very basic though, but we took the cheapest so that was ok. It has a nice beach bar where u can lie in hammock and zip a drink and listen to some music. Also there's restaurant with delicious food, though prices are a bit too expensive when compared to thai prices and if there's more customers you can wait for ages for your food as we did. Staff is very friendly. And they have talking bird there that was funny!

Great! location, beachbar, beach, staff, eating”
We had a great stay at Becks resort! The place around the beachbar is perfect with hammocks, cousions and a lovely sunset. The staff speaks English and are very helpfull. The bungalows are not that great but just normal and clean. But I prefer a good atmosphere, good staff, a good place to hangout, eat and relax. If you like that aswell Beck's a great place.

Hands down Best Value resort in Koh Phangan”
Came here the first time in 2012, then again in 2017. Tina still remembered me! Walk out of your room and the beach is right there. Staff are all super friendly and helpful! The rooms are not fancy but kept very clean. Besides, if you want to stay in your room, you don't need to go to Koh Phangan.

No complaints here”
Although my stay here was plagued with rain I can't fault anything. The bungalow was basic but spacious. I got lucky and had the bungalow that literally stepped out onto the beach. The food in the restaurant was lovely and everyone who worked there couldn't have been more dedicated to ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. On my last night I was meant to go to the full moon party but as I enjoyed the resort so much I didn't go down. This is still a decision ice yet to regret. All in all, a great place to stay. I'd recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Koh Phangan.

really good location for couples or families ”
beck's resort is definetely a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. the staff is really helpfull and nice. if you are in ko phangan for the full moon party i don't reccomend to stay here, cause is far from the full moon beach ( 20 minutes by scooter), i reccomend the becks resort for a couple or a family but not for a solo traveller. my room was good, spacious and with all comforts. one of the best thing about this resort is the beach and the view absolutely awesone.

Near Perfect”
As soon as I arrived at Becks Resort I fell in love with the place. A beautiful setting on a quiet beach with wonderful views across the water. Great food in the resort and a pleasant little beach bar. Staff are very helpful, and the hotel offers everything you may need on your stay. I stayed in a fan room with no aircon and it was fine, not too humid like many I've stayed in. Bike hire is available but although fairly well removed from any hustle and bustle it is only a five to ten minute leisurely stroll to Thongsala, which has everything you need in terms of places to eat , drink and shop. Next time i'm on the island I will be staying here again without a doubt. Great little resort at a great price, even in full moon period.

cheap cabins on the beach, what more do you need?”
really enjoyed my stay there, i had friends staying in haad rin which is only 20 mins away on a scooter or taxi. they all regreted staying so close to all the bars and wish they had booked with me. cabins are pretty basic but are kept clean and they open out into a nice garden area right on the beach which rarely had more than 15 or so people on. staff are great, the food is decent and the beach bar is a great place to relax with friends and watch the sun go down. will definitely stay again if i return to koh phangan

Lovely bungalows, but the beach is too shallow”
this was a really nice place to stay, the only "bad" things were that the beach is so shallow that a grown man will need to walk 2-400 meters into the water before it is covering his thighs - very childfriendly though. that and the distance to haad rin beach (so if you're going primarily for the full moon party, this might not be the place for you). but all in all i had a good experience at beck's resort
