Had a great stay, perfect location, great price, friendly hosts and hot water!

I made a reservation for Beach Wind Bungalow via your platform for 2 nights, from 31 Dec 2017 to 2 Jan 2018. The whole experience was definitely a let down and extremely unpleasant. Being an avid Agoda user, I’ve always believe that the choices made available on this platform would be money’s worth. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst nightmare ever. When we first checked in and got into our room, to our dismay, we were taken aback with the condition of the room. The ceiling was scrapped off, looking as if it was going to fall anytime soon. Secondly, there was pungent smell all over the pillows; as if it was the home for deadly rats. And needless to say, there were bed bugs all over. Apart from that, the shower in the bathroom was not even functioning! Only droplets of water came out when the shower was turned on. Washing hands is already a challenge, what about when showering? It is an implied term that reasonable standard of care, cleanliness and safety should be present when it comes to providing accommodation. Hence, I sincerely seek Agoda’s urgent attention to this matter in view of the above. Attached herewith the photos and videos for your references. It is my fervent hope that immediate action is taken to remove this selection from your platform to prevent any future occurrences and discomfort to future users. Thank you.

Best choice for budget traveller ”

Located beside main road, easy to find from jetty. The room equipped with water heater, LCD TV and mattress. Unfortunately no safety box provide. There're only 2 choices for breakfast, banana pan cake or fried rice. This resort also provide bike renting. You may get good bargain if rent in a group. Overall this resort is value of money for budget traveller due on it's basic facilities and good location.

Horrible place ”

Dirty sheets, dirty floor, things hanging off the ceiling, shower was freezing and didn’t go warm, nothing was sorted when we entered the room (towels, toilet roll). Employee coughing up and spitting outside our room till about 3 in the morning, then the owners kids were screaming at 6:30/7 right outside our door - along with the bike shop workers. Not much sleep happened this night, along with very horrible conditions in the room... STAY AWAY!

Acceptable”

Cheap options, but still some basics of cleanliness should be kept. The biggest problem with bathroom, very dirty and the toilet water stopped working after one day, it was not possible to flush it. no interest from staff. Good localized, quite comfortable beds.

Disappointing”

Location was pretty okay to locate, however the room cleanliness was just awful with litter from previous stayers left behind underneath the bed. Pictures of the location did not match up to reality either.

slow water, the ceiling plaster residue fall off everywhere, stain pillows, smelly bed and pillows, dirty floor, smelly entrance.. i dont know why agoda partnered them room no24!!

Hotel parfaitement situé en face des arrivés de bateaux. Très proche de l'animation prévoir donc des boules quies. Personnel très aimable et serviable.

別のホテルを予約して行程変更の為１泊追加で予約したが、ビーチから凄く近く、利用しなかったが、レンタルの自転車が豊富にあった。スタッフも親切だった。

Lokasi deket banget dari pelabuhan gili kalo kita nyebrang dari bangsal, jln kaki ga smp 5 mnt. Cari makanan ke psr malem dkt atau warung muslim ckp jln kaki. Sayang cm ga ada pemanas air di dlm kamar. Bfast ok..pilih omelet..ajibb..
