"1. Johannesburg is a very safe city but this hotel is located in most safe zone of Johannesburg: Rosebank. It is just 50 steps away from front door of this hotel to Rosebank station. It is very convenient if you want to travel other locations, such as airport. 2. The breakfast is very good and staff are all very polite and kind. They will approach to you to see if you need to refill your coffee. 3. The lounge is also in ground floor next to reception. You can easily have a drink when you get off work or you just need a drink. 4. You can book some local trips in reception, they are all very kindness. 5. Next to Hotel is a shopping mall, you can shop, have lunch/dinner, have drink, even watching movie here. I would highly recommend people to stay here, especially you come to here for business trip."

"I loved the room and we had full access to the beautiful venue. Their service was very good as they provided the romantic ambiance I asked for. However the bathroom door wouldnt close properly which very irritating. There was also no toilet paper and no one to ask for it at night. They pay better attention to detail."
