"Stayed in Surin over the MotoGP weekend as all the accomodation in Buriram was taken up. Tanban was a wonderful choice and an extremely comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean. Shampoo, soap and drinking water were provided. Clean toilets with good water pressure and hot water for showering. Laundry services available at a fee. Gym was fully equipped and coffee and tea were available for free. Food options and a convenient store less than 5 mins walk away. Chang international circuit was about a 45 mins drive each way. Definitely my choice of stay for future visits to Surin."

"We were looking for a good cheap hotel for our 4 night stopover in Surin to see the Elephant Festival. We considered others, but kept on coming back to this hotel, the lack of meals at the hotel is not a problem, as for a westerner, there are excellent meals available at the 214 Diner, 200 meters from the entrance to Robinsons. The hotel is great, looks new, but is in fact 3 years old, well looked after, and everything was perfectly clean and worked. More than enough power points to charge the phones etc, staff do speak limited english, but owners daughter speaks great english. I have no hesitation in recommending, if I visit Surin again, I would definitely stay here."
