"Pros- apartment was great with separate living and sleeping areas, and a decent kitchen too. Balcony would be lovely in warmer weather. Street was very quiet with no noise overnight. Walking distance to Notre Dame, close to Rue Mouffetard. Cons- a bit far from a metro, kitchen untensils inadequate for 4 people eg only 2 forks, curtains need replacing in bedroom, bathroom needs work"
