This hotel was clean and comfortable but hard to get to”
Even though we were using a online directions to the hotel, we chose to stop and pick up food first. It took us quite a few turns and driving to get back to where the hotel was. A little noisy being right next to the freeway.

Unexpected Stay”
I had forgotten the key to my family member's place so we had to rent a room. Upon arrival there are signs on the door that they do not rent to local residents. Okay, the area is a high crime area but I can't imagine not assisting locals if there was some type of emergency situation like the Marshall Fire, kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. Then we both had to show our ID's to prove we were not local. I know the staff is just doing what the owner wants but felt like it was a little overkill. We get in our room and there is trash in the trash can under the sink. Oops, housekeeping missed that when they cleaned. The hotel is in an ok location and the staff was friendly but the few little things that turned me off will not be bringing back any return business from us.

No hot water, so no shower. The one thing I wanted was a bed and a shower and I only got half of it.

Horrible Customer Service ”
The front desk staff was rude and we were told that because our sheets were dirty we were not welcome back. Of course this was after the reservation was made and paid for and at 10pm . We were left scrambling for another room. Have yet to be refunded the money as well.
