This place is great just make sure you park in the correct parking lot or your vehicle will be towed. Lisa did not inform me about where to park and then I woke up to a warning on my vehicle. That was the only thing that made it unpleasant. I was extremely satisfied with the staff that helped me the next day. Thank you to the gentleman and Susie for making sure I knew where to properly park because my children and I definitely couldn't afford the losa of our vehicle. Susie is a great worker and I ended up chatting with her and was even more happy I stayed. I hope she gets a raise because she is the reason I would come back here.

Traveled here with my fiancé and the place firsthand looks phenomenal, vending machines in the lobby and all. You get up to the rooms and they’re clearly outdated, this is not the point. Looks are deceiving but what I didn’t expect was to wake up full of bed bugs. Don’t stay here don’t bring your kids if you don’t want to end up with an infestation of your own at home. Cheers on looking for a hotel, this is not the one

Cheap service and A/C didn't work as advertised”
After a 14-hour drive drive, we arrived at the hotel and the hotel clerk gave us keys to a corner room in the back. There was no elevator or luggage cart, so we had to carry all our belongings up to the 3rd floor a few times near the middle of the night. Stairway was dark and barely any lights. Room was super warm, but A/C was broken. We asked the front desk to move us to a different room with working A/C, but the clerk did not show up to verify the A/C was broken until 10 minutes later, then we were told to wait an additional 20 minutes because the clerk had to pick someone at the airport. After waiting so long, we were so tired that we didn't want to pack up all our belongings and move again near the middle of the night. If you want an uncomfortable warm room in the middle of the desert and horrible customer service due to lack of staff, this is the hotel to go to.

This hotel was ok at best. Our shower looked like it could use a good scrubbing, found Cheetos underneath our bed. Overall wasn't thrilled on the cleanliness. Hotel seemed just a little run down overall and could have used a good cleaning everywhere. The continental breakfast was pretty minimal, a bagel w/small container of cream cheese, and yogurt was all that was available. It's a far cry from what used to be a great breakfast. The pool was also closed. We will be finding a different hotel the next time we are in town. I can't even say this was the cheapest hotel, but after reading some great reviews, I was under the impression that it was better than what I got.

Parking lot had no lighting and warning signs all over that damage or theft was not managements responsibility. Didn’t seem like a good area. Hallways of hotel were dirty. Room was clean and spacious but walls were thin… could hear a lot from neighbors and outside.

What a Joke”
Hotel is going thru renovation we think, first thing trying to check in clerk says are you eating breakfast I said do not know why well you require tickets so I tell her give me tickets & she says I asked you once already. Bringing our luggage up try to get out of elevator maid will not move her cart had to push her cart out of the way. Went to return cart asked another housekeeper to hold elevator would not. Bathroom was dirty you can see handprints on wall, the bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Terrible breakfast tried to fix a waffle only one waffle maker 3 patrons were waiting. Would rather spend the night in our car

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. It would have been nice to have had bacon or sausage with the eggs.
