Best place for Family with young children”
My family & I spent 2 days & 1 night here. We stayed & were having family activities here without going out to Miri Town (just out to buy some foods). We enjoyed swimming (even the water very cool ), sauna, morning walk at the seaside, cooking inside our room. All activities was free and so Wi fi. Our condo with 3 rooms & 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. Our views (from 12th floor) were fantastic - ocean, coco cabana, swimming pool, Miri town. Wish to come here again (my children also has request for it).

The room was very clean n comfy. Everything was provided in the room (refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryer, stove, pan, plate, mug). I felt like i was living in the room. I love the fact that this condominium location near to the beach. I can go to the beach anytime i like with my son.

Room facilities: Dining table, coffee table, sofa set, tv, study table, cabinet, microwave, induction cooker, fridge, electric kettle, iron with pad and personal washing machine. All are available in your room. Condominium facilities: Swimming pool, gym room, guarded car park. Garden located just beside the beach, enjoy nice seaview and perfect for sunset view.

Ideal place for a short getaway with friends and family. Had the best deals on Agoda and worth every penny spent on this condo. Staffs were helpful, facilities (gym, sauna and pool) and the amenities were in good condition. The best part of all is we get to enjoy the beautiful sunset in Miri since our room is facing the sea. Will definitely return here. 😊

my 1st time staying at this place and it was wonderful.. though the water heater was not functioning , called the maintenance and they fixed it right away.. good place and not far from eating places in tanjong lubang, there's KFC and sushi joint

Booked 2 units. Next day, we are trapped in 1 of the unit from inside due to low battery door and some misshape of the lock frame. Should prepare brooms for guest to use upon request. Nevertheless, spacious unit, comfy bed and complete facilities in the unit.

Great accomodation for big families. Great facilities. Location is slightly far from city centre but compensated by its awesome sea view and quietness. Security is tight and reliable and thus make our stay really safe.

I booked the condominium for my family and they love it. The condominium is big with 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets available. Can view the beach from the hotel. The only cons is outside the buildings is named as “imperial suite”, which made people confused.

Pros: Food nearby, can see seaview, room very spacious and clean, free parking, good facilities provided. When call, straight away come to service. Cons: Found stains on bedsheet, very slow check in (need to wait for 1 hour even though we arrived at 7pm which is 4 hours after the check in time) and check out. You need to get ready to pay a lot for deposit.

A great stay for Families”
I had my family vacation here and it was really enjoyable. The room is clean and tidy. Functional kitchen which I cooked almost every meals to my lovely family. The only disappointment was our neighbour. They behaved quite aggressive as we kept heard noises during the midnight. We did informed the condominium staffs and they took noted on that family. Definitely I will come back again.

The 3 room unit is super big..act can fit 10 people...clean n super owesome view from the bolcony..Sea view....nearby food like kfc piza etc...5 minit from miri city..this is my 5th time staying here..i will stay here again and again...
