The Best Hotel”

The hotel was attached beside the Biggest batu cave temple which was the main tourist center in Malaysia and it was also along the roadside.The room was clean and good for the price. the staff was also friendly. Very good location with eateries and convenient stores at doorstep.There also Malay and Indian food beside the hotel. WiFi also was also free of cost.Good for a price paid .I would strongly recommend the hotel

Next door is batu caves if with car then need find parking space but night can park at front for motorbike no problem food place , klinik , cash and carry, petrol station, atm all near by..

great location clean rooms”

nice location, clean room and bathroom, i reserved a quad room for the 2 of us coz i want a spacious room (2 queen size bed). i even called their office for that reservation to confirm, but when we arrive there around 9pm they only gave us the single/couple type room with 1 bed, i just had a small discussion with the frontdesk and told them i paid for the quad and they immediately give me the corresponding room i reserved. staff are helpfull as i always ask for new towel and bedsheet. i just dont like the drilling that they do during the daytime. coz we always woke up with the sound of that drilling on that building maybe they are fixing other guest rooms. location is safe and near the batu caves just a 5 min walk. near 7-11 and grocery and the ktm komuter train.

Good price, not so good at everything else”

I wanted someplace really cheap to stay for about 5 hours, and this place did the trick! It was super close to the Batu Caves, which was awesome, and fit the bill. But the lobby was messy, the man at the front desk was kind of rude and conveniently forgot to give be back my security deposit until I asked for it, and the toilet needed to be fixed because it was constantly running. I definitely wouldn't stay here again unless absolutely necessary!

Hotel location is just next to Batu Cave Temple & Batu Cave KTM, very convenient for arrived & departure BUT instead of that all is difficult b'coz in front of the hotel there is a fly over highway road, quite troublesome to cross to opposite to get all the eating place & shop lot, at least u have own transport. TV channels inside room only have one Tamil channel,even basic local tv1,2,3,7,8,9 also don't have, terrible. Air-con is super cool,even I was tune to 23 degree. Have hot & warm water dispenser and clothes ironing @ corridor.

Its depend..but for me its ok to stay..even its small bathroom and TV channel only 3 channel and not so clear as i said its depend on who is staying...and good location has free parking even can park bike at front of hotel..good food if have time to look for it..overall its depend to person who is staying there.. what i saying is from my view..

Everything is okay wait until....”

Everything is okay wait until you talk to the staff the reception to be exact. NO Smile...very UNFRIENDLY..talk to us like we are robbing her at the check in time..when we said we had paid the room, she ask several times in quite unpleasant tone of voice if we get the right hotel or not. We explain, show the map, the picture even the booking number also the screen capture of everything but yet she didn't trust us! what the heck she's doing????????? Sorry to say I WILL NEVER EVER come to this such unfriendly hotel again!

No Need Sleep This Hotel for Your Family”

Only alone or couple its ok to sleep. Because Front desk staff like no brain to do his job properly. When we come talk we already paid room by AGODA. The staff never use the system like computer n etc to search for. So here we so frustrating. It's like anytime your spent money will burn cause they do not know you pay for sleep or whatever. We must use normal English to make the understanding with staff to stay. NO NEED USE AGODA , BOOKING dot com n so on if YOU CANNOT USE system properly in your Hotel. You just make your customer said , 'this is first time and last time ever'/

When I step in the hotel for check in, the officer was asking me have I booked a room. Luckily I printed my booking confirmation. They like do not know what should they do, and no record they can refer who has booked the hotel. All recording is just manually on a book. The receptionist was also speaking with another two Indian fellow. They were not properly dressed and was like no one to the hotel. I was not sure whether I should check in with them. But yes, they are the receptionist. The room is small but enough. Cockroach on the wall which I smack it immediately. Washroom was small even not enough space for turning around. Water pipe on hand wash bowl was cracked. When I turn on the water pipe, water every where... It was very difficult for us to clean up ourselves. Bed sheets and cover looks very old. Also burned by cigarettes. Next day morning is the worst thing... That the maintenance was actually digging a hole just outside our room. My girl friend cannot even heard what I am saying. I had to speak very loud and get very close with her she can then only heard my words. Luckily we already wake up before that man dig the hole. It was about 7.30am.
