Wow what a beautiful villa. The pictures do not do this place justice. Awesome staff, fantastic amenities, wonderful fresh breakfast and a great location. My husband came to surf a few local spots (Gerupuk and Maui) which are short scooter ride away and Kuta Lombok only 5 min. A special mention to the owner, Jaya & Rheza for being so very accommodating, from picking us up before check in, organising our scooters & transfers to our next destination. EVERYTHING was super smooth and not a hassle at all. We would 110% recommend this villa and can't wait to come back and visit again. Thank you all so very much!

One of the best in Kuta Area”
Despite the location is in a small alley, but it's very near to the Mandalika circuit. We really enjoyed our stay at Batatu and we love the design and the facility. Breakfast was very standard and typical, I cannot say much. If you want to just relax at the hotel, this is one of the best option you have. Definitely will come back and stay at Batatu again.

Unexpected oasis at the end of an unpaved street”
Beautiful, amazing villa. Loved the outdoor bathroom and the spacious pool. It was kept extremely clean. We had a great time time there. However, this location is about a 25min walk from downtown Kuta (nestled in a small village off the Lombok "high way" with unpaved roads). Locals will stare as you go past. To go anywhere, definitely need to rent a scooter/moped (the building has some to rent for very reasonable prices), or get a driver to come take you places.

Beautiful Villa”
The villa is exceptionally beautiful and have wonderful facilities such as an indoor pool, outdoor shower, cable TV and clean drinking water. Though i did bring my 1 year old, and need to control him as he was very excited with the indoor pool, maybe not suited for children under 2 years old..overall we did enjoy our stay there which was within close distance to merese hill, tanjung aan and kuta beach as well as the local eateries..

Very nice with one thing that needs improvement”
These villas are really very nice and for the most part have been designed with a lot of thought. I say for the most part, because they overlooked one thing and that is the fact that the windows (which go to the ceiling and are nice) are only covered by curtains for the lower half. This means that the bedroom is extremely bright whenever the sun starts to rise, so that means waking up very early. If they can remedy this, the place would be 100% perfect, because the whole design is very nice, the bathroom is beautiful, the pool is great, living room is great and bed is comfortable. Staff are very friendly and location is decent too. I would totally recommend it for all those reasons. Just have to put some extra curtains in the bedroom :)

The location is a bit far out. It's a short walk to the nearest IndoMart where we got chased by the village dogs. The staff were very kind and fetched us back to the hotel with a car even though the distance was less than 500m. They also helped us with our small requests for needle and thread / luggage weighing. The villa was amazing and huge. Lovely amenities with bath tub/shower in semi outdoor setting. Do note that you will be in nature and thus will need insect repellent/mosquito coil.

Beautiful modern loking villa, very friendly and polite staff”
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa, the staff were very kind and generous with breakfast portions and helpful with any questions. They have scooters available to rent (would really recommend it for exploring the area), and on the one day we had an issue with the pool they took care of it quickly. The area itself has alot of new hotels and buildings popping up so im sure there will be alot more changes soon. As it is theres plenty of places to eat in kuta, and the beaches are close to the villa (beaches are beautiful the only downside was the constant stream of people trying to sell you something-one girl threw a tantrum when we bought a bracelet from a woman who approached us before her, and refused to take no for an answer). Would definitely recommend the villas- we had a great stay and found them relaxing and peaceful.

The villa is well designed and very clean. The a Staff are attentive to your needs . However, the villas are located in a village outside the Kuta Beach area, so you need to plan when you want to go into the shopping area. The staff will take you to your destination and will pick up when ready. The use of Whats App to communicate your needs is excellent.

The place is out of my expectation, it’s great! And the staffs are so nice. They offered us lots of help. The lactation is close to the beach. Not far from the town. If there is less dust at the bathroom and outdoor, it will be great! And the breakfast is good but can be better. Any way, I really enjoyed for this stay.
