I stayed for 3 nights with my friends last March. Since most of the tours in Batanes end early, we always end up hanging out at the terrace that is facing the ocean while drinking our coffee. It is also few minutes walk to the plaza and some small grocery stores. We rented their van when we wanted to visit Fundacion Pacita for a minimal fee.

First thank you agoda! 🤩 The place is nice and clean to stay! Staff are so approachable and they made it sure that everything is fine. Only one concern, the water in wash area while taking shower is mahina thats it! Their service is par from different place that I've been! They arranged everything from the Airport to hotel and to our different destinations! And Manong Arnold was there, friendly and Excellent driver 😀 Thank you Batanes Seaside! 😉

Great Customer Service”
We had a great time here. Customer service was excellent, breakfast was filling and delicious, a/c really cold. The only problem is the wifi was spotty but then who needs wifi when you're in Batanes! Easy access to the beach.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. My daughter enjoyed their access to the beach. The rooms are cleaned everyday. They only serve breakfast but you can order lunch and dinner in advance as they do not have much food stock and will need to market the ingredients first.

A place with a nice view”
The location is quite good if your looking for convenience, there's a lot of stores nearby and the town is just 8 - 10 minutes walk. There are also a lot of restaurant that are walking distance. The staff are nice and helpful all the time! They also have a common area veranda over looking the sea. Such a nice place to stay.

Helpful and accomodating Staff”
Grateful to the hospitality of the staff, my mom got sick on Good Friday and I was worried on where to buy medicines, since most of the stores are closed. The receptionist went out of her way to check on available drug store. Their staff even drove and accompanied us event though it was late already. All the staff are accommodating to our needs and friendly as well. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has the balcony which you can see the sea and trees you can also catch the sunset. they have rooftop nice for sightseeing. near octagon where you can eat, just a few walk away in Welcome basco arc., quiet staff are friendly..housekeeping onky arrived after two days..They dont have free coffee after breakfast you need to buy if you like to have coffee in the afternoon, no available spoon if you need it. but dont leave any sweets in your room coz the ants will appear. thats all but all in all is ok. medio maalikabom lang ang mga handle ng stairs.

Staff were accommodating. Note that staff will only clean the room once you hang the sign, even if you inform them personally, you still need to hang the sign on the door. Location is great, near to airport and the center of Basco, walking distance to some grocery stores and restaurants. Bedroom is clean and spacious, with comfy bed, refrigerator, however the TV is too small for the room. Sink at the toilet is clogged. Balcony has a good view of the sea.

First Time Batanes Adventure”
Booked a Triple room for 4D/3N. Our booking included free Airport Transfers. The staff at the resort were all friendly & helpful, although the Front Desk receptionist was absent most of the time. The room was spacious and clean, and included 1 single bed and 1 double bed with fresh linens, a closet, a personal ref, dresser, bathroom with hot & cold shower and free towels and basic toiletries. No safety deposit box. Unfortunately the wall TV was tiny (24"?), but with cable channels. The air conditioner was also under powered and disappointing, that even at full power, couldn't cool the room adequately and that we had to sleep without our shirts at night. At the back of our room is a balcony with a nice sunset view. The free set breakfast had many choices but the serving size was very austere. Their restaurant only served breakfast, that you have to go out for lunch or dinner. At the back of the resort is a beach with black pebbles but a nice place to go swimming.

The place itself is nothing spectacular except for the view of the harbour and close to every place you wanna go to in Basco. Twice we transferred rooms. First was because they didn't get my instructions about the bed. I entered 1 single and 1 king but they gave 3 single beds. 2nd, the heater is not functioning. The staff is what made up for the lack of amenities and choice of food. They are very friendly and courteous. Ambi/Amby is our tour guide who's also a staff in the lodge, made our tour very exciting and informative. She really took care of us. Also they have a backyard. But it's not a place for relaxing or for visitors to stay and just enjoy the view of the sea. If they can convert this into something appealing to guests by putting probably a swing or benches. Same comment on their roof deck.

1st time we went here in Batanes and it was relaxing the staff are friendly and accommodating. But its hard to let them clean your room as the cleaners only do half day work. so make sure you put the signage in your door

the location is excellent for me as it is walking distance to the town proper and some restaurants. The staff was very helpful. the rooms were clean. The food though needs to be upgraded and also the plumbing in the bathroom. For some reason our bathroom became soaked with water. I would still recommend the place. Best that the owners just pay more attention to these points for improvement.

I ran out of water while taking a bath., did not get water till next morning. I had to sleep with conditioner on my hair and soap on my body. Nobody at the front desk sometimes,, no house phone, no WIFI, tour was more expensive than others.. Room was clean, complimentary drinking water was nice, staff was polite, location was good.
