Everything are well-arranged. The airport transfers are timely especially when we arrived, there is already a placard with your name. The price is little bit pricey, because cost living are also expensive. But a great staycation for 4 days is worth it. Couldn’t wait to come back

Value for Money”
We get to book their 4 bedroom room so that already is a huge savings for us. It was very near the airport, and dinning places are near as well. The breakfast included was satisfactory, nothing fancy about it and the options were not that many. Aircon does the job though we were there January so it was the cold season. Bathroom space was bearable though it will much nicer if there was more space. Hot/Cold showers work while the lavatory seems to have difficulties with their drainage that it oftentimes took a while before the water completely subsides. Staff were nice, easy to talk to though we are at the annex branch so outside of the regular working hours, they may be not at the front desk. The TV was good though we didn't really watch that much and power outlets found were two. All in all, it was a good stay, they had airport transfers, comfortable beds with working ACs and breakfast included.

Free pick up and hatid airport. Staffs were friendly but didnt gv us options how to save our travels like they offered higher tour service. Food comes in pack in the morning and we experienced delay. Overall we did enjoy our hotel stay as room was clean and had good aircondition. Food was js okay. They had free water dispenser too.

If u want to eat somewhere u would js walk few mins away. Hotel is quiet except they dont clean room everyday or change towels. They would clean once u checked out even if we stayed for 4 nights. Good shower and aircon.

POOR PROBLEM SOLVING - ASKED US TO PAY EXTRA FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!”
We had a problem with our reservation and it was upsetting how they went about trying to resolve it. We booked total of 4 rooms, but to our surprise, they put 2 rooms at their MAIN BRANCH. It was important for us to be all in one place (we were there for prenup shoot. That's why I booked us all at ANNEX in the first place). Their solution. #1 - We pay addition of 5,600+ to transfer 2 rooms to MAIN. Not acceptable. SOLUTION #2 - They will give us 30% discount so only pay 3,900+. Again, not acceptable to us. We already paid! The person responsible for putting us at MAIN should pay that. SOLUTION #3 - They will transfer us to ANNEX for 2nd and 3rd night, BUT for our 4th night we will have to change rooms. No. Aren't they already inconveniencing us enough? FINALLY, 2nd-4th night at ANNEX and no need to change rooms. Seriously, what does a person have to do to get their original booking?! Ruined our first day just trying to resolve this.

Hot water is always available but you have to provide your own tea or coffee. The place has no kitchen. The balcony is used as a narrow dining area not enough id guest will schedule their breakfast at the same time. It is a hassle navigation the narrow steps to the rooms. A water truck or a lumber truck is always filling the tanks or unloading materials. There was no peace and quiet at the place. TV reception is very bad.

it was a rip off. not valued for what i paid. the pictures at the web were all wrong. false advertising. the place is located at the middle of the town and not at the seaside as advertise. electrical hazards at the bathroom place expose you at a very dangerous situation if you are not carefull. hazardous smoke from trash burning enters your room. room very noisy from outside neighbors. staff dosent clean well the rooms. poor linens and towels. i want my money back i will never go back there and neither will i trust agoda again

My family had to cancel our trip to Batanes due to COVID19. I reached out to the owner/lodging to check if we can rebook it to a later date, and I have done this 3 weeks before our scheduled trip (25-Mar). However, no response. I would understand if they said no if it's for other reason, and no at all. But this lodging did not respond. AT ALL. Will definitely NOT recommend this place to anybody, much less my family and friends. It was so much better to small bed and breakfast,, who responds to my texts/emails.

I like the location of the hotel near everything. But they don’t have free WiFi but The internet in batanes really sucks they charge you 1 pesos per Mb. so if you want to escape from social media this will be the perfect place for you. The staff was friendly they have free breakfast and airport shuttle.

Location, location, location. Just about a block from the town plaza/center; 10-15mins leisurely walk to the airport. And the staff are very, very helpful and kind. Always ready to help out and make your stay more comfortable. Rooms are clean and comfy. Will stay here again. Although I hear their main branch (beachside property) is also nice. :-)

At the town proper”
The room was basic, clean, clean towels, sometimes the water supply especially in the morning is not adequate or sometimes none at all, and the hot shower would not work if the water is not adequate. The breakfast was filipino 3/10. Some staff were nice but some were almost rude. Upon booking, they would not reply to any sms i sent. Upon checking, signal was not a problem. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is right at the town proper and the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Complete Rip-off for the price”
After making the booking and paying for it, they contacted me to say that they overbooked and were going to move our friends to the annex and we would have to split nights between resorts. They were not apologetic. Upon arrival, they offered us breakfast, which was nice. But the place is compact and crowded. Because of this, it is quite loud everywhere. When they were wanting to move us, the second room wasn't even ready and we had to wait hours. On our last night they asked us to place our breakfast order for our last day, only to find out when we woke up that they we were no longer entitled to a breakfast. This could have been stated the night before. When we wanted to arrange a ride to the airport, they insisted we leave 3 hours early for a 5 minute ride at a provencial airport. After they relented to our request, they van still showed up an hour earlier than we requested. There are better locations for half the price and twice the value. Avoid this place.

Stayed here for 7 days (cos our flight to MNL got cancelled haha). Location is perfect! Super walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Ate MeAnn and Kuya Jessie are the best!!! They are so accommodating and really made sure we felt at home especially when our flight got cancelled and needed to extend our stay. Booked our tours through them also. Will definitely stay here again! ♥️♥️♥️

Simple and basic”
It is a simple room, basic. But everything is within reach. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. No wifi (or we didn’t bother asking them also). Our room was at the ground floor, you can hear the male staffs at the back building talking early in the morning.
