"We were looking for a room with balcony and not so industrial and boxed in. It was stuffy since there was no A/C and we really needed another fan. However, there was no one to deliver to room when we couldn’t get room cool later at night. "

"We came here for our 10th anniversary. The room (bldg 4 king suite) was wonderful. Plenty of space, more than we needed. We were slope side which gave us plenty of privacy and a beautiful view of the slopes. The staff was so helpful always and gave us the best recommendations for where to go and what to eat. The place is massive and easy to get lost in but has plenty to do and is really fun overall. We also loved the rooftop hot tubs. Will definitely be coming back with our kids!"
