Yes, hotel is above five stars. and is worth the price and value. I Would like recommend this property to all. I wish from General Manager to read on this assessment "Review". Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. Thank you and everyone for their kindness, dealings and communication, thanks for the hospitality, for the comfort and satisfaction, for the quality, for attention and care. BEST HOTEL EVER!”

Banyan Tree is a beautiful hotel. Huge rooms, great location, the breakfast view is a tour-destination itself with Petronas Towers and KL Tower as your view as you sip your morning coffee, what more can you ask for. The quality of service from their staff is also exceptional. Munir was very nice to us and almost became our personal butler. He is that accommodating! Their customers are their priority and you will totally feel special. If ever we will come back to Kuala Lumpur, it will be mainly because of Banyan Tree!

Lovely hotel”

The hotel is just next to Pavillion shopping mall in the heart of Kuala Lumpur connected through overhead bridge, shopping was so easy. The hotel is new & clean & I just love the privacy & quietness. It was my 25th wedding anniversary & my stay was a surprise gift by my hubby. Daniel the chef from Horizon Grill was a very friendly chef. He plans & coordinate my anniversary into a memorable one , arranging the best view of KLCC & KL tower. We were surprise with complimentary wine & lovely deserts & not forgetting also our friendly En Ridzuan assisting us on our dinner. We really love the food at the Horizon Grill, the sirloin grill was the best I hv tasted. After dinner, Mr Daniel arrange the best sitting at the Vertigo bar (the highest 59 floor ) with the best view of lighted up KLCC & KL tower. It was really so beautiful.

Fantastic experience”

We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The stay was a real pleasure. Staffs were really nice and helpful, from the conciearge, front desk, housekeeping and coffee house, all treated us really well. Special mention to Naomi the front desk staff, she even escort us to the room and showed us around the hotel facilities. Great job. No breakfast buffet during this RMCO period but it was replaced with something better; served food with scrumtious menu. We had a beef fillet steak for breakfast! The room was clean and spot on. We had a nice view of the city (KL Tower & Twin Tower!) The pool is not that big and the water is a bit cold as it is a covered pool. But its not a big deal. Kids still enjoyed it so much. Upon checkout, the bellman help us with the luggage and to our surprise he left a really nice Banyan Tree luggage tag with complimentary notes. That is something extra. Overall, it exceeds our expectation. Wont hesitate to return for sure.

Amazing Staycation!”

I booked the king suite for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. We loved the whole stay! The staff were beyond helpful, decorated the room and stored the cake for us. Vertigo bar also has amazing views of KLCC which the public can access. The service was exceptional, the room was huge, clean and luxurious. The breakfast was also tasty and well organised table service with buffet options available to order. Well worth the price and very relaxing. Thank you Banyan tree- we will be back.

Best Hotel in KL”

Staff are fantastic - the best team I have come across in Malaysia. Rooms are beautiful, with great amenities & fantastic views. The pool area is perfect with very attentive staff. Vertigo is the best rooftop bar area in the city - the drinks are very reasonably priced as well. The staff, in my opinion, have really got the balance between always being there when needed but not over intrusive. Not a complaint but one area for improvement would be breakfast: - the fruit, cereals, cheese, cold meats selection from the cold/non-cooked section was great - the tea & coffee service is great (coffee not fantastic but definitely drinkable) - free flow prosecco available and fruit juices which was lovely - views from the restaurant are spectacular - the hot food area was underwhelming & the selection could have been better - the temperature of the hot food was cold Having recently stayed in the Four Seasons, Ritz-C and the Majestic in KL - the Banyan Tree for us was hands down the best.

Great facilities and service ”

I had stayed 3 Hotel before checking in to Banyan tree. From the arrival I can feel the warm welcome by the staff. All the way from the lobby to the reception area. Checking in was a breeze and soon to the room. The room is huge and clean. View from the big glass wall was something that I love. Although the floor of the room is not carpeted. Room service can be better. Dinner at the japanese restaurant also can be better. Amenities in the room is superb and have no complaint on the bed and pillow. breakfast on the other hand is so good. Good food good staff.staff.overall II'm happy staying in banyan and looking forward to be here again soon.

Where should I start? Everything is awesome and taken to the finest detail. Furnishing, ID, space area, facility, hospitality. Top notch!. I love the tub spot. I love the whole arrangement of the toilet, wardrobe, make up and the tub area. Totally practical and functioning. The coffee maker, awesome!. Breakfast served in ala carte mode was just luxurious, together with the view. Banyan Tree, I shall come back!.

Hotel location is good, walking link bridge to Pavillion mall. Room with KL tower & KLCC view with smart curtain you can enjoy the amazing night view of KL. Staff was very considerate, once they know we come for celebrate our wedding anniversary, they give us a sweet surprise. Set up the romantic decoration in our room and send us cakes and fruits.

Best Bathtub City View”

It was my first stay with Banyan Tree KL, the view are superb, and customer service are great. Although there's a little hiccup on the lift, but they still manage to change my room from level 55 to 56. Only drawbacks are the dusty room (might be due to vacant for certain period due to MCO) and gym are small

Exceptional”

Am amazing location, our suite was heaven on earth! The staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating, we didnt want to leave this heavenly hotel! Each night our personalized candles were lit in the room to create a relaxing environment that will always be remembered! The viewon the top of the hotel was amazing, except for all the construction surrounding the hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the treatment by all staff was simply marvellous from the minute we arrived and the very special romantic bath tub experience with rose petals was such a lovely surprise when we returned from dinner! definitely want to return very soon/ A short walk across and into the Pavillion Mall made things so easy. And of course the amazing back massage, defnitely a highlight to remember.

This is without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are huge, the staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is very high quality. We will be looking to stay in other Banyan Tree hotels next time we travel.

Amazing place to stay in KL”

This is a recently opened hotel, I booked their signature room which was on the 55th floor. It was amazing, so large with separate powder room with smart toilet, his her bathroom, shower and bathroom with city view, change room, desk area, lounge area, small kitchen area and amazing city-scape view. They asked us to select our favourite essential oil fragrance and we had lemongrass kit delivered to our room. there were batik and fluffy bathrobes to pick from, so you felt very spoiled. Service was fantastic, so friendly. Vertigo bar on the top floor is stunning (there is a dress code that includes long pants for men), the pool area also is on floor 53 where reception and the spa is. The pool isn't massive but was perfectly positioned.

I booked 3 Signature Banyan Retreat King rooms for my family, and they got me all 3 rooms next to one another, as per my request. It was my wife’s birthday, and my children and I wanted to surprise her on the stroke of midnight, and the hotel team decorated my room with a banner, balloons, flowers and a cake, as per my request while we were out that night. Needless to say, my wife was so happy, and I was so pleased. Thank you to Ms. Arianna at the front office, and the housekeeping team for going out of their way to tend to my requests. The room was great, and the entire atmosphere in the hotel was also great. Great location as well as it is just opposite Pavilion Mall. Finally, the staff are all very polite and courteous, and the service truly top notch. Certainly recommend anyone to stay here, as you will not be disappointed. Definitely a 10 in my book.

Amazing stay here.Beyond words.Literally lift up the standard of hotel i am staying.Right from ur lobby till ur room stop service from guests was amazing.The managers in black suit was friendly and smiling.The breakfast area staffs was always smiling and approachable.They treat us with so much warmth.Always greeting with a signature style.Banyan is truly incredible.I will revisit again. our room was 5511 during our stay from 1sept till 3rd sept.Id like to personally thanked the guy who checked us in.i had forgotten his name.He is incredibly humble.We were tired from airport and he gets us seated and prepare a drink and does everything at our comfort.Amazing amazing banyan.Location was awesome and spotlessly clean.😍😍😍😍

The staff are super friendly and patient. My first time stay at Banyan Tree and I will definitely come back! The location is gold and it has link bridge to Pavillion. You don’t even need to step out under the sun and cross the road! Brilliant!

Superb”

Stayed here for one night as I needed time to chill & see the Petronas Towers’ great view from afar. The staff were courteous, alert, & always ready to help. They let me check-in at 12nn (standard check-in time is at 3pm). The room was so spacious, it has a bathtub with a view of the city, the rain shower was awesome (it has 4 different features to use), the vanity mirror in the bathroom was humongous, the toilet seat is automatic — it opens/closes on its own, it has automatic bidet (not sure what it’s called), and dryer. They serve their signature essential oils scent between 6pm-9pm, however, I didn’t have the chance to experience it because they did not serve it (maybe I was outside when they went to my room). Gym was small — it has 2 treadmills, & few lifting machines. Infinity pool at the 53rd floor has a great view of Petronas Breakfast was okay, it was delicious. They serve Malaysian food & some western food. To sum it up, it was memorable.

Besides the reception staffs, all other department staffs including Horizon Grill waiters & waitresses need to be trained. They’ve no initiative of smiling and serving guests automatically! Hopefully Banyan Tree can lift up the REAL 5 Stars standard.

Significantly overrated Banyan Tree proposition.”

1) Despite one week in operations, room was dusty. Bad for guests who have sinus problem. 2) Quality of toiletries and amenities was poor. The shampoo and shower gel contained overpowering fragrance. 3) Quality of essential oil was absolutely disappointing. The service desk guy thought I was joking when I told him I would have poured half a bottle of that kind of poor quality essential oil into the burner in order to get the right effect. 4) Breakfast buffet spread was pathetically limited. The only hot / warm dish was Nasi Lemak. 5) The team was enthusiastic and friendly but lacks experience and vintage. 6) Wish to thank Nishant for securing a reservation at Horizon notwithstanding the poor online reservation system which was highly unacceptable for a Banyan Tree property.
