Great for life”
The location is in the superb market of Chiang Khan. All day and night you can shopping along the market. Also, the room number B4 is valuable you will see a Mae Khong river, and feels the cleaniness air. Next time I will booking here even no breakfast but it's ok.

The place is very near night market and staff is very helpful but for real A/C in my room not make me feel cold at all. I have to turn on fan So, I can sleep without sweat. But other thing is very good. Recommended

It's near the walking street and river. There is a parking. The room is clean but no dryer for ladies.

Choose wisely!!”
We booked for 4 x nights, early Jan 2021, the place is run well, clean and well presented, good location for river and walking street. Just choose very wisely, if a busy period. Our 1st night, woken at 1130pm. for an hour, then at 0530am same joining room, loud and upstairs floor people up and down. We stayed on for the benefit of doubt, hoping others checked out, was midnight, and another couple checked in joining room, and was an absolute horror until 4am, talking, snoring and playing and then up at 6am all noise (these rooms you can hear absolutely everything, next door / outside / upstairs)! After all this, cleaner asked us if we could move rooms, to upstairs so they could clean our room? We tried hard here, at this establishment, note upstairs you do have to tip toe around, to not disturb those below, so we checked out then and went to a resort on the river for our last 2 nights, for peace and tranquility. We are seasoned travellers, 5 times a year the last 10 years, all over the world, this was by far the worst 2 x nights in those 10 years, unfortunately. No refund offered, even though all paid

Nice room”
The room was nicely decorated and very clean but not much in the way of amenities - two sachets of instant coffee for two people. The location is very good for walking street and the river but I wasn't so happy with the fact that the parking they offered wasn't actually at the hotel but one street away. Two small negatives - the front desk closes at 9p.m. and you have to enter from the side of the hotel after that. There's a notice saying to not lock the door (hardly secure at night), no idea what happens if another guest accidentally locks you out. The other negative for me was the signs telling guests to take off their shoes and leave them outside the room, can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn't want me to take my shoes into my room.

Cozy hotel, well located and clean. The thin walls, however, rob you of sleep. The walls are wooden so you can hear every cough and snore of the neighbors.

Not too bad place to stay though”
Just right in front of night walking street. Care taker aunty there was very friendly. Room upstair had to share bathroom with others, no fridge, no water kettle. Free coofee and milo downstairs, room near the road was very noisy cannot sleep well at night. Wooden house style was felt good but very creeky sound when walk.

Told not be noisy but wall so thin heard other snoring in other rooms. No place to park my car and when I tried to follow lousy instructions of where to park as I drove around looking for parking place owner laughed at me being lost.

The worst nightmare ”
I am not sure if I stay in a hotel or prison. There are so many rules. No talk. No food. No smoking. I can’t do anything. How supposed to be on vacation. The room is just average. The light can come to your room. They should have curtains. The price is not cheap for this type of room. No fridge. No glass in the room. It was the worst nightmare at all.
