A Mixed Bag”

This is really a different place. The restaurant and staff for breakfast in the morning were very nice! The rooms, however, are different. The deluxe rooms, where I stayed before, are very nice with a balcony and beautiful view of the sea. Good sized rooms. The "superior" is a "garden view" (read: overlooking a parking lot). The amenities are not the same. The walls of the room I stayed were dirty and could have been kept up if they just washed them occasionally. The bathroom had a bad smell most of the time I was there. Had to keep the door shut. It's very dated and looks like it was done in the 1960's judging from the wallpaper. Needless to say, didn't spend much time in the room. I love this part of Bang Saen, but it is getting way too overbuilt, so I'd recommend staying at another part of the town. But if you stay here, stay in the deluxe room. If not available, forget it and stay elsewhere.

Good location good food and clean ”

We stayed for 3 nights, the room was dated a little, could do with a lick of paint, but it was clean. The hotel restaurant was across the road easy to get to where breakfast was served which was nicely cooked, after breakfast it became a seafood restaurant which was very good.

Nice stay”

Old hotel, well maintained, in the superior room type. The bathroom had a strange smell, like someone did a, do-it-yourself hair coloring there. The included American breakfast was small but ok. The hotel is located on one end of the beach road. Close to their Saturday & Sunday night market. The town is quiet weekdays and jammed packed on the weekend. We enjoyed our stay.

OK for the money”

We only stayed here for one day. The room we were given was not the same as in the pictures. It had no windows so if the lights were off you did not know if it was day or night. (so we overslept) For breakfast we had the cross the road to another building. But we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful

This property is located about 1 km from the swimming area of the beach.However the sea is just across the road.We stayed here for 2 nights.The room was small but quite well designed and the breakfast served at the restaurant across the road was adequate.

Having car park and near public park. Room need to be more clean. Anyway, this hotel has beautiful morning restaurant locate in seashore.

Good location, fading rooms”

Rooms here are ageing and not as plush as those on Agoda's pages. The bed and furniture need an update, but it's actually a good-sized room with a large balcony. Breakfast was across the road in a neighbouring restaurant and was rather plain, with no options. Good location though, right by the sea and close to the main attractions.

Room was small, above a car park space. Quite old and basic. We stayed one night, passing thru. Not really a holiday destination.

Not as expected”

Loose toilet seat. Safe not working and when contacted reception they did not understand and were unhelpful. We’re not shown to room. No lift and had to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Was advertised with a swimming pool but it was empty when we arrived due to maintenance but we were not advised of this at time of booking.

We have stayed there before. The pool water was GREEN. There were small leaves and twigs floating with tiny pebbles on the bottom. It seemed as though the water filtration was broken or unused for months. I asked the staff, which said they would call someone. We were there only 2 days, no one clean the pool. The nearest swimming area it about a kilometer down the road. My son was disappointed. Next time, I think we will stay at the other end on Bangseang Beach.
