Good Value hotel in Ban Chang which is clean and very spacious. Need Car, close to Tesco, need to drive to beach, small swimming pool. Great if you have own transportation and have other activities planned in the area.

Small apartment but cleaness, best value.

Like many hotels in Ban Chang, this hotel uses plastic mattresses. And no mattress pad, so you're sleeping on a thin sheet on plastic. This is very uncomfortable. The window is a small window over the balcony door, too high to see out of, so feels like a windowless room. The photos of the room are deceiving, the room does not look like the photo.... I had wonderful experience staying at this resort . I agree with other five star reviewers that this is a charming facility in a great location. This place not far from the airport and there are tourist attractions as the beach such as Prayun beach and Phala beach not far from the accommodation. The staff very nice. Highly recommend and hope to return soon

Basic room was a bit tired, although spacious. Breakfast was very simple. Staff was not very engaged. The place needs to be freshened up or it is likely to continue to decline. Not too many choices in Ban Chang if you want location without being in the midst of the bars.

Location is far away from everything. There is no resturant or even the vending machine at the hotel. Breakfast service is very poor. There was some left over unclean dishes from the night before in the breakfast room. Staffs were late to work and the breakfast can not start on time.

Fairly new and OK for the money. If you do book a room here then you need to know that it's not on the main road like the Agoda map shows, it's actually about 150 metres off of the main road behind Tesco Lotus.

Nice first time stay here. This is a hotel that was bought a year or so ago and has been going through remodeling. It's about 2 blocks from the Ban Chang bars, and is guest friendly.
