Beautiful nature, tranquility and great service - Best Hotel in Mui Ne”
Bamboo Village is close to heaven on earth. While the street facade does not necessarily look as impressive as some competitors in the area, the hotel itself is incredibly nice. Located in best part of beach road of Mui Ne, offering facilities that are at the same time nicely modern as well as attractively patinated and having staff that really tries their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, Bamboo Village is definitely worth recommendation. I would not however recommend highly so called "Nova" -level rooms, but the bungalows are a great experience. Price level is high but not significantly higher than competition - good offers that appear from now and then might actually get you in Bamboo Village with a bargain price. The spa is pretty expensive compared to street spa's but the quality is much higher - not sure if it is worth the investment though. The garden is incredible. There is a bunch of gardeners working all the time to keep the garden fresh, green and tidy

WONDERFUL place!”
I don't normally write reviews, good or bad. However, I feel compelled to share how positive my experience at Bamboo Village was. Although the location and rooms are fantastic (I stayed in a beachfront bungalow), the best part was the customer service, hands down. I was traveling alone during the Tet (lunar new year) holiday, and despite the fact that many places are closed for the holiday, the Bamboo Village staff was more than willing to arrange (and rearrange) my transit plans for me. In addition, when I told reception that I wanted to take a tour, even though their third-party tour guides were off for the holiday, they brought in a staff member to give the tour. I can honestly say that every staff member I encountered was friendly, empowered and eager to help the guests with whatever they wanted. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone that wants to have a truly relaxing and enjoyable visit to Mui Ne.

Attentive and friendly staff”
Our family (from Sweden) had a wounderful 8 days stay at Bamboo Village Resort! The resort is set in a beautiful garden and is very well maintained. It's located at the Mui ne beach with easy access to beach and sun beds. Beach were clean and great fun if you like big waves! Becasue of big waves our kids prefered the two pools that was located inside the resort, pools were also well maintend and clean. Each Saturday they have a beach/pool bbq that we found very good with a varity of grilled sea food and meat. The Resort is next to the shopping area and also many good restaurants. All staff,from reception to restaurants to maintinace, were all very attentive and friendly making our holiday a memorable stay. All in all we had an excellent stay and we can really recommend a visit to Bamboo Village Beach Resort and Spa.

Great Resort”
Spent a week here and really enjoyed ourselves. Resort is lovely and very well-managed. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are very good with so much variety. Rooms are clean and the resort is very clean as staff are constantly cleaning, even on the beach and beach loungers. Resort is set up very nicely and landscaping is beautifully done. Enjoyed the spa services as well. Would recommend the private jeep tour (booked through hotel) to go see the fishing village of Mui Ne, White Sand Dunes, Red Sand Dunes, and the pleasant walk through the Fairy Stream. We visited friends staying at the Novotel in Phan Thiet (15K away) and were so glad we'd decided to stay at Mui Ne. We had scouted out Bamboo Village resort in 2006 and am so glad we chose it this time. It's in the perfect location on the beach and close to all restaurants and shops. The perfect place to completely relax!

Exceptional”
I stayed at the Bamboo village beach resort for 4 nights and the momet I arrived at the resort I felt very much at home. The staff is really fantasitic - so friendly and nice ! My room was nicely furnished, pretty big and spic and span clean - with a view towards the beautiful lush and tropical garden. During my stay I had several massages at the beautiful Water Lily Spa. The atmoshere is so tranquil and pleasant - after days of kitesurfing I everytime could completely relax and replenish - fantasic ! I would in particular like to mention Mrs. Hoa, because she is a really very skilled massage therapist ! and I found, just a very warm and sincere Person. Also one of the Spa receptionist, Mrs. Giau treated me so nicely. Thank you ! All in all I had a fantastic experience at the Bamboo resort and can highly recommend staying there ! Pros: - Well managed resort with incredible facilities, gardens - Super clean rooms, comfortable beds - Friendly & supportive staffs with good English. - Good location, in the heart of Mui Ne - One of the best beach in town - Great breakfast, plenty of choices Cons: - Lack of playground for kids (they have a small one but it could be better) - No FOC pick up service from Phan Thiet train station (compared with neighbouring resorts with same standard) - Restaurant's menu is a bit pricey Excellent resort, highly recommended!

Spent a few days in Mui Ne and if you want somewhere to get away from it all then Bamboo Village is definitely the place! We had a lovely stay here. Not many english speakers staying in the hotel and like with most of Mui Ne very popular with the Russians. Many of the shops cater to them and many of the shop signs are in Russian. Great hotel with very pretty, well looked after gardens and right on the beach.The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. We stayed here in low season and on a couple of days had one of the pools all to ourselves. The staff were very friendly, most helpful and always polite. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and most extensive, with some of the best homemade yoghurt i'd ever eaten!!

beautiful hotel and peaceful grounds”
we arrived at Bamboo Village on the sleeper bus from HCMC so a long 6 hours. Arriving at the hotel we had a wonderful warm greeting, welcome drink and cold towel...bliss. Checking in was fast n efficient and we were then shown to our room a deluxe room, great size huge balciny and big comfy bed. The standard rooms looked ok too. The grounds are set out so that you wonder through lush gardens crossing little bridges over the ponds full of fish...a truly relaxing place. Two pools to choose from with big comfy loungers one pool is shaded by huge palm trees and the other pool is right on the beach which alsu has great loungers on too. the beach was great and the hawkers seemed to be kept at bay in this sectiin. Lovely restaurant also on the beach and the food was good i can recommend the chicken with cashew nuts good prices too. Breakfast had lots of variety with attentive staff always. The only downside was the gym, poorly equipped and children were allowed to play on the equipment we bookedvthis hotel in particular for the gym but found it lacking. The staff were fantastic though right from the beginning of our trip until our hus arrived to take us to Hoi An the staff were so attentive that when our bus was 30 minutes late they rang the bus company to chase them up...this was going beyond what they had to do...fantastic team.well done.

Bamboo Village Resort is located near the center of Mui Ne City, where you can find lots of bars, restaurants, convenience stores. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet with a very nice porch. The resort's garden is beautiful and the beach was clean too. We really enjoyed our stay here, thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely come back.

Cosy resort, convenient location”
Bamboo Village is situated along the tourist stretch of Ham Tien, which provides easy access to plenty of restaurants and shops. The main highlight, however, is the cosy ambience of the resort. We stayed in the Nova Deluxe Room, which is probably among the cheapest options. Rooms are lovely, however I personally prefer the twin room which has a shower instead of bathtub as in the double room, as the bathtub looks abit old. Restaurant is right by the beach so you'll have a great view for breakfast with a decent spread including both Asian and Western food. The spa is also very reasonably priced and professional. I paid VND455,000 (service and VAT included) for a 60min full body massage as they were having a promotion. All in all, great value for money and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful resort”
Ideal getaway location, being away from city life. The garden was beautifully landscaped and very well maintained keeping it clean and tidy. Being surrounded by lush greenery every day. Bamboo Village is a beautiful resort to unwind. You can spend time recharging after your day trip or just rest in there for a few days being a beach bum because of the well-rounded facilities. The resort has it's own private beach and also a pool which gives you the best of both worlds. Apart from that, I use the hotel spa a lot and it's definitely worth the price. I will definitely go back!

Bamboo village was great choice to stay in Mui Ne. Room was in good condition, staffs were kind, pools weren't too big but enough for us to enjoy and had great beach view. Need to take taxi to get to BoKe street, but you can grab a taxi anywhere anytime so I can say resort is very well located.

Like living in a remote island paradise!!!”
Totally relaxing set-up. The layout is like living in a bamboo village. Where else can you rent a suite and step onto the beach 50 feet from your patio door. At night you can hear the soothing sound of waves rolling onto the shoreline. In the morning, within of few steps of your hut, you can be laying on the beach and watch the sun come up over the horizon. After watching the sun come up, you can enjoy a superb breakfast. Breakfast can either be the traditional western style, or you can enjoy a great assortment of fruits, vegetables, along with vietnamese cuisine. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. My highest recommendation. This was my secind time and I am palnning a third stay with 6 months. With all that this resort has to offer...why would I want to stay anywhere else!

this place was the highlight of our trip to mui ne.. the resort and beach were what attracted us to mui ne for some rest and relaxation. its a quieter town with not a great deal going on apart from restaurants and relaxing on the beach.. if this is what you want then bamboo is perfect for you

Perfect place for relaxing”
First impression of the resort was "huge". It is like a well-managed forest or a garden so that I was surprised. If there is nothing left to do in Mui Ne, taking a walk around the resort seating on a swing chair is one of the ways to enjoy the rest of the time. Moreover, all staffs were super friendly, always smiling. I will not forget a staff who tries to speak and learn my language:-) Room I booked was also clean and tidy. There were no bugs unless I opened a door(The resort does insect control on thursdays). A bit far from the main street though. But there are some restaurants near the resort. Awesome breakfast buffet and the beach.

The setting is just beautiful and includes an amazing buffet breakfast. Even though there are a string of resorts along this stretch of beach, the Bamboo Village is special, especailly if you are abl e to negotiate a sale price on the room. There are two pools and the beach area for swimming. Internet facilities are also available in the reception area.
